thanks for the links Quade ... seems to me that any way this turns out, skydiving suffers as a result ... ... hate to see anyone involved in accidents in the sport contributing to the "sue 'em" mentality, especially one like this, where it appears fairly certain that blame is very unlikely to ever be truly established - looks like there are a lot of possibilities. I'd like to see that video.

that's no lie ... good friend is a respiratory therapist ... went to a halloween party with him (mainly medical types) ... one guy is a mortician, and brought along a slide show ... step by step rebuild job (parents wanted an open casket viewing) on a girl who blew the front of her head off (about a 45 angle upward) with a shotgun ... talk about GROSS ... I had to leave the room before I wasted all that good scotch I'd been drinking ...

we ARE tough ... we pack in non air conditioned hangars or under a tarp when it's 100 + outside ... is just this COLD shit that we can't handle ... blood just isn't used to it ... LOL ... besides ... if you Canuks would just keep your darned arctic temps up there, we wouldn't have a problem! It's supposed to be in the 60's around here this time of year ... but no ... you send it down here so WE get the 20's and you get nice (for this time of year up there) weather ... unfair!!

we can blame it on the Aggies, I guess .... they plan to open Skydive Aggieland, and see what happens ... today ... WAY to windy ... tonight ... low around 28 ... tomorrow windy with the high around 40 ... :( ...
