  1. i have a neptune and have compared freefall speeds with others and usually get a different number. Last time i compared with a protrack and got a 40 mph difference during a hybride jump. Mine might vary more cause its in my helmet, but i'm not sure.
  2. I just bought a sabre 1 and it whacked the shit out of me a few times, but it was because I was a really sloppy packer. A few tips from some people at the drop zone and it opens much softer.
  3. I just got my Michigan RW suit a few weeks ago. If I can find my camera I will post pics. It's pretty much a solid color though, dark blue, black and gray trim and grippers.
  4. I tried to reset the GFI in the bathroom, but it would not reset. The button on the GFI would not stay in. Is this common when no power is running to it? When the intial problem happened none of the circuits were broken in the fuse box. We tried reseting them all anyway with no luck. I will replace the GFI tommorow and go from there,
  5. I came home this afternoon to find that 3 rooms in the house have no power, the kitchen, bathroom and family room. I checked all the fuses and tried flipping every fuse switch. All the appliances still have power though. My roommate said he was brushing his teeth before going to work and the shit just went out. All the GFI plugs seem to work except for the one in the bathroom. Anyone know if that can interupt the circuit for the other rooms? Any suggestions would be appreciated since I don't want to spend money on an electrician. Thanks
  6. Mine work one does the same thing, a swift kick usually fixes it.
  7. Like you said a $1000 loan is not very big. Doing it through a student loan might be a big pain in the ass though. Why not just get a credit card? As long as your confident you can pay it back relatively fast then you won't pay that much in interest.
  8. Exactly! There is nothing more frustrating than doing NOTHING for 8 hours. I did new home construction for 5 years before this job and I loved it. The only thing was I could not see myself doing it in 20 years so I got a degree and switched careers. I can honestly say I was happier making less money and working my ass off.
  9. I do enjoy traveling and seeing new places. I am grateful for my job. I am not the type of person who tells them I won't go here or there. The things that are really pissing me off is the length of the trip and the shitty training. I honestly feel the training could be completed in a much much shorter time frame.
  10. I work for a company that requires a lot of traveling. On average 130 to 170 days on the road a year. Traveling does not bother me so much, as long as I am home on the weekends. Recently though I was sent to Japan for 3 months of training. I have been here for 5 weeks so far and I absolutely hate it here. They put me in a hotel for the entire trip so I have no stove, fridge, microwave, no american TV. Not to mention the hotel room is only about 7ft X 10ft. Extremely small. Because of this I have to eat out every meal. One big problem i am having is with food here. I hate fish and they eat a lot of fish. The only places that I have found that I like are fast food but after eating this shit for over a month I am starting to feel like shit. Anyway the training is a joke. My instructor gets called out of the office a minimum of 1 or 2 full days a week and I am left with nothing to do. I sit on my computer and troll the internet for 8 hours. Somehow we are ahead of schedule but they keep adding new stuff on instead of sending me home early. Not to mention when I get home I have to go on the road for 6 weeks almost immediately. I am just extremely frustrated, bored and pissed off about this experience. Would you keep your mouth shut and finish the training? Tell your boss in the U.S. to get you out of here?

i got the core one, because I had bought mine long before the elite came out. If I had the choice though I would have spent the extra 80 dollars. I have had to return mine twice though. A week after I bought it, it stopped working. They send you a box and you ship it to them. One week later you get a new one at your door. The second time was caused by excesive alcohol and a stupid friend. The good thing now is that you get a free 3 year warranty ( i think ).
  13. They sell wall mounts for holding things like DVD, Cable box , ect...... I will have to get some channel stuff to hide my cables better. look at the 2nd down on the left at [url]http://www.bestpricemounts.com/cat/Products/BrowseProducts.aspx/item_id/1/categoryID/369
  14. I know a guy whos streching his ears out like that. I don't understand it at all. When your older I think most people would regret doing it.
  15. After you mounted it on the fireplace was it a pain in the ass to run the wires so they are hidden? It doesn't seen like there would be an easy way to cut holes and run the wires around the fireplace?

  17. I graduated from ITT about 2 years ago. If I had to do it again i would probably have gone to a university instead. Tuition is expensive, around 36,000 for a associates degree. If you do have to get loans make sure they are not provate loans, I have friends that are paying out the ass because they can't consolidate thier loans. Another problem with the school is 95% of the credits are not going to transfer to any other school. You are stuck at ITT if you want to get your bachelors. I started in a class with around 40 people. Every quarter around 5 or so would drop out. We ended up graduating 12. Of those 12 I know of about 5 people that got a decent job in thier feild. They do offer job placement but don't expect much from it. They were offering jobs like Comcast, and telephone companies. One good thing about the school is it's pretty much impossible to fail out. If you show up and try you will pass. They curve the shit out of peoples grades.
  18. Shipping is not going to cost $300 or $400 like you stated. Your only shipping from canada to Ohio. You are probably looking at less than $50 for shipping
  19. I know how you feel. I travel constantly for work. Right now I am on a 3 month trip in Japan. Everyone thinks that because you travel for work it is like being on vacation every week. Theres only one real reason to do it, The Paycheck.
  20. I understand that, what I was asking is if you got the 260 to stall like the one in the video?
  21. Are you saying you got a 260 to stall like that on landing. Your profile says you fly a 230 loaded at 0.93. How long did you hold the toggles down for?
  22. Wild man on your BMX huh? your crazy guy

Not that its any of my business but why do you have to get it done before you go union. I take it's not possible to get a co-signer? About 2 years ago I had absolutely terrible credit, my score was less than 500. I ended up having to pay money, i think a couple hundred, to get a credit card so I could start building my credit score back up. My score is still not where I want it but within a year I was able to get things in my name with no co-signer (cell phone, car , apartment .....). With no credit you should be able to get a credit card, with a low limit, and build your score up pretty quick. I hope it works out for yat
