Once Did 7 women in 7 days back in College. Took Wednesday Off but did Two on Thursday. It was a Good Week. 2 Weeks Vacation plus 5 Sick Days for the first five years is pretty standard. Then one additional Week for every 5 years. The key is to always negotiate Vacation before taking a Job. Last Jobs I had I told them I have 3 weeks vacation now, If you want to hire me I will expect the same to start and the same extra week for every 5 years. All agreed even though policy was 2 weeks.

Finally Took the plunge and bought a new phone last week. Went with the HTC Touch Pro 2. With-in two hours of getting it home, I had it unlocked and was loading custom Roms. I am in Geek heaven with this thing. You can Hack, Tweek and Modify absolutely everything. I even had the Android OS running on it for a while (Still some things not quite working but the XDA guys are working on it). The Latest ROM I have on it has WinMo 6.5, LEO Sense 2.5 and MaxManilia. Left the Radio stock for right now but plan on playing with those mods this weekend. Great Keyboard on this thing, Stunning graphics and no limitations on what you can do with this thing. Between XDA, PPCGeeks and others... a solid developer community. Loving my new toy so far.

and This I strongly disagree with. (Again.. IN general) women dont tip for shit. Even waitresses wil tell you that thier worst nightmare is having to wait on a Table full of women. They are much more likely to complain and send the food back 2 or three times and much more demanding on their time.. and they dont tip for shit. I have seen waitresses throw hissy fits at the Hostesses because they got too many tables full of women sat in their sections. They know they are going to have to work their asses off for them and most likely will not a decent tip. Men generally will over tip so that they dont look cheap. Women will bust out the calculator and argue with each other over who ordered the extra $.69 side of sour cream. I know there are many many exceptions to this and I can all ready hear all the women screaming.. Thats not true (And it is not true for all women.. But ask any server who they would rather wait on.. a table full of men or a Table full of women? I bet the vast majority of the time there will be no question they would rather have the men.))

Laymans opinion here: Skyride is basically stealing a portion of their business using deceptive and fraudulent websites and then selling that business back to them (Taking a cut in the process). An argument could possibly be made that skyride does not actually compete with the dropzones (Unless they have a physical DZ in the area) so DZO`s agreeing not to accept Gift certificates that they did not authorize in the first place for their own product (A Skydive) that was sold by a third party (Skyride) just seems like good business sense to me. The only reason this works at all is the threat that Skyride would just sell this Business to the DZ down the street if they dont accept it. Honestly I think if someone had a lot of Time and money... they could go after Skyride under RICO. Sounds a lot like fraud and extortion. Be hard as hell to prove but a good enough lawyer might be able to pull it off.

Tip out or Tip Share is SOP and required at every Restaurant I have ever worked at. (Granted it has been over 15 years since I did) but my daughter has a Part time job now waiting tables and She is still required to Tip-out at the end of the night. Tipout usually goes to Bussers and Bar Staff. Tip out is paid to the House (usually again based off Total Sales from each waiter) and distributed by the house to the Support staff according to Position and Hours worked. At least that is way it worked when I work for some larger Restaurant chains back in college. The wait staff has no choice. They MUST pay tip out. So again.. If you stiff a waiter, They pay Taxes on money they did not get and they Pay Tip out to other support staff on money they didnt get. That is why some of them get a little feisty when people under tip or dont tip at all. The system does suck but I dont see it changing anytime son.

Following the first man down and landing a down winder is a Hell of a lot better option than going against the established pattern and Potentially killing you and another jumper. What ever the established pattern is.. Follow it. Chasing the wind sock can get people killed. Canopy Collisions (Often caused by people not following the Pattern) have killed a lot of really good skydivers in the past few years. If first man down is the rule, FOLLOW IT!!

Which is why wait staff is automatically Taxed on 10% of total sales. So yes, if you leave 15% then the wait staff is getting 5% tax free.. sort of. if EVERYONE was actually leaving 15%. The reality is that most don't. 10% is fairly realistic after you factor in all the deadbeats that are too cheap to leave a tip. So yes, the wait staff is Paying Taxes on a percentage of your bill whether you leave a tip or not.

I agree with you in principal, However the problem is here in the U.S. Tips are expected for jobs such as Waiting tables and such. The Minimum wage for wait staff is absurdly low.. I think it is something like $2.15 per hour. That is what most wait staff is paid. Beyond that the staff is expected to make Tips to make up their salary. The real problem is that the Staff is taxed on their expected tips (Whether they make them or not). Whether you leave a tip or not, The wait staff must pay income tax on 10% of the total bill. So if you dont leave a tip, The wait person actually has to PAY money to wait on you. Yes, the system sucks and it is unfair but that is the way it works. I personally dont expect anyone to work for free and I certainly don't want someone to loose money (Out of a pathetically low salary to begin with) to serve me. Here is an example.. Go into a restaurant and the Service is Horribly slow. That may or may not have anything to do with the server. It could be because the kitchen is backed up, The waiter has too many tables (maybe someone didnt show for work or maybe the owners just have not hired enough wait staff.) or any number of other reasons. You say, the service sucked. I am not leaving a tip. The waiter still has to pay income taxes on 10% of your bill and they are the only one that is financially suffering. The owner still made their money off your meal, The kitchen Still get paid their hourly rate. The only ones getting screwed are YOU (Poor Service)and the wait staff. I always ask to see a manager if their is a problem with service. I would rather try to get some portion of the bill taken off before I would stiff the wait staff (Unless it is very obvious that the problem was 100% the waiter) and even then I still leave 10% and tell the manager that the server sucked. In other countries, Sure tips are optional. Here they are not.
