I worked yrs ago in that field.For three yrs I worked in a group home. At first I took the job because of the good hrs. I remember my first day working thinking this is a mistake looking directly at one of the "clients" and being turned off. Well it took some time, not much maybe a few weeks to a month and everything started to turn around... long story short I think about those guys all the time and many have passed on and to this day I tell them I love them in my prayers.. Its hard work I wont lie but its soo gratifying!!!!!!!!!! Good luck

Youve missed my point.. I'm not trying to prove there is a God, just because I believe. I'm not trying to force anyone into believing it. I was responding to the arguement people use that there is no proof therefore there is no god. If they could prove there isnt a God, then not believing is the proper response. If you cant you should keep an open mind since you dont know one way or the other.

I never thought about the economic side too much with all the new ways the church makes money . I guess I just hoped they did the right thing( Im sure they all didnt do that of course) but the good that "can" come from it is that the new generation is all about novelty, maybe there making too much money if I buy a chris tomlin ( hes a christian musican) ringtone, and shame on them for that.But that teenage kid out there who buys a ringtone,or trinkets every time he/she goes to the mall, can now buy something that is related to god and is cool among his peers. As far as those cake sales well... I dont really like cake!!

thats why i got a 52 inch tv and nice comfy couches because I cant stand it either. only time I would go to a movie is after its been out a while, and it has to be a matinee on a weekday, pretty sad to have to do that huh???

Hey guys, just wondering 2 things: 1] do they accept nyc fireman down there after they are retired up here in NYC I'll be 43 looking to move down there after I retire. 2] do they tax your ( my nyc )pension down there?? some states do some dont.

I made my first set too. I cut a broom handle in 3 pieces only thing my hands were killing me after 2 min! I learned fast because I was younger prob.13 or so, it took me a day but now being an old 35 things are taking a lot lot longer. if you ever wanted to try again I got it by using 2 balls and one club then 1 ball and 2 clubs.

Can anyone juggle 5 balls? How long did it take you? I can do loads of tricks with 3, juggle 4 good, 3 clubs no prob, even a couple of tricks to boot. I got Jason Garfields video. and I get it, it takes time, its been about a month and Im patient, I just wonder how many frustrating days Im in for. Note: I know everyone's learning curve is different this is just a guide...... God when is jump season back!!

Well.. I said as a christian, so we believe keeping God as part of your life every day from little things like when I say thanks for this food ( even though my wife cooked it , good thing she doesnt read this!) to big things like pledge of alleigence keeping "under god" in it. I know that doesnt seem like a big thing but again it goes back to teaching my kids and hoping it's reinforced outside of my home. If someone doesnt believe I dont care and I dont judge, hey who am I, but its in "MY" best interest to have a pres. on the same track as me

You make a good point, however, thats why i made sure I said " I " wouldnt vote for an atheist. Everyone who votes bases there vote on what they feel is important to them and their families. Its going to be hard enough trying to raise my daughter and baby # 2 ( not sure what were having yet its only been 2 months ) :) with a backgroung in religion, esp if our leader of our country doesnt even believe.

I wouldnt vote for an athiest for president because I dont believe you should seperate God from Gov.Obviously as a beliver ( christian) I think separating the two is a mistake for many reasons. I Dont believe in religon because of any fear or greed just a real strong love for God... pretty simple huh?

I see why your confused. When I say Im opening at.. it means I'll BE open at, that present tense of "opening" is throwing you, just ask where do you want to be open at?? Keep in mind nothing is written in stone, I had people open a lot higher than they said, when Im tracking Im not only looking around, and up also where the other group would be and you will be surprised how many times you can see canopies opening in your track.. hope this helps you.

I only did it once I had a 1:45 min in a car 45 min ride on bike My back was killing me by the time I rode up there jumped and rode back. The only thing I did which made it safer for the ride was put a rubber band around the pilot chute and kept checking it up there repeating to myself to take it off once I got up there. So basically I wouldnt do anything i did I was young and didnt think it through. Buy a cheap car!!!

I was 17 with notorized parental permission but that dz closed down a looong time ago, Im not sure they were a USPA drop zone. In other words if there is a place that will allow it it may not be regulated by USPA so be careful.
