Now now it wasn't my fault I didn't spot. Besides I have only landed in another city/county twice. I was only a 1/4 + short of the DZ this time. It was the first load of the day/ only load of the day (Saturday) uppers picked up the first two groups made it back. Same thing happened on first load today, wasn't at DZ yet or I would have been on the load. Besides the whole worlds a dropzone with new places to land on every jump. CSA #699 Muff #3804

Well this weekend It was Christmas and the weather was crap. Last weekend I took my Boy Scout troop camping and the weekend before that I was at the DZ because we talk on Saturday. Sunday it was just me and Larry untill noon when we locked up and went home. I will be there this weekend so the Caravan had better be running. Want to do some CReW with me I need to work on my top dock. Oh, sorry for the momentary hijack. Back to the topic- Just be yourself and make them laugh. I will post for Jason. His girlfriend who is really cool I might add said something along the lines that he still owes her some serious sex. What for not sure he doesn't show his face as much around the DZ since the cruise. I do know they had sex on just about every deck of the ship to include some risky lap sex with others around. There is nothing like becoming an uncle. I have no kids myself so I think of my 4 nieces, 1 nephew and the unknown one on the way as my own. Birthdays and Christmas are GREAT because you get to buy them the most annoying gifts that are sure to drive there parents crazy. While deployed to Iraq I had a nephew and a niece born. My nephew was 15 months old before I ever got to meet him. It was a real tear jerking moment when I did. Congratulations! CSA #699 Muff #3804

Ben didn't you make your first 2 & 3 stacks at the Star Boogie in ID. You did a great job I was lurking just below and behind you on the 2 way with DJ Alexander and then the next jump dock on you for your 3 stack with BJ as well. I look forward to doing more CRW with you in the near future. We have your caravan for the winter and have a Boogie the third weekend of each month so swing down to Richland sometime and we can jump make a couple jumps together. There is a lightning 160 for sale in the classifieds you might want to look at. Not sure what your exit weight is but for most of the CRW camps and larger events there is a set standard/ guide line for wing loading (correct me if I'm wrong CRW GODs) that is between 1.30 & 1.375. The canopy I used (Thank you Paul Bliss) when we jumped together is a 160 and loaded at 1.25 a 145 would load me at 1.39. So for me it is easier to add weight than to try and lose it. There is more than enough knowledge in this forum to help you get a canopy that will work best for you. Just ask around they are MORE than happy to help a pup in need.
