Yea like how to get in perfect exit position and let it go tits up from there

Yesterday i completed consol jumps 4, 5 and 6. Center float exit was pretty damn fun with the prop blast trying its best to put me off, it won, i ended up falling on my back. Anyway to the point, i am trying to work all the way down to 6k then get stable from there to wave at 4.5. I purposly held a forward loop and waited to go unstable just so i could try a barrel roll. I was taught to arch, not barrel roll so i wanted to give it a go. It just wasnt happening for me after 2 or 3 seconds of trying and a spin started. I arched hard, got onto my belly still spinning then stopped it. All in all it took 5-6 maybe even 7 seconds to be perfectly stable. Is this normal? In my honest opinion i'd wait, its expensive enough as it is without having retakes for time off due to weather conditions. I was absolutely shitting my pants but then i looked at all the tandem students and saw the same feelings running through them, that made me smile to myself and i just thought "wow, we really are all on the same boat." Maybe im just being ignorant here but i was unaware that people existed who thought skydiving was so safe that they would think a bounce video was fake. The fatality database is enough to make my throat dry every time i gear up. Maybe the simple answer is its up to the staff to decide if it would be appropriate for some students to show such a video 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit. I think the same effect can be achieved if you showed a video of someone having problems and cutting the video short of the impact, knowing that the person in the video just went in would be enough. Tell the students what the jumper did wrong and learn from it, i dont think any student let alone seasoned jumper wants to see a corpse. Yup I enjoy nothing more than having a beer after a day's jumping and have woke up so hangover that i've said "fuck it, not going today." But on one occasion i woke up and thought i was OK and went to the DZ, in myself i felt OK, not 100% but 95%. I think the pink eye gave it away and i was told to fuck off. At first i was really pissed off at the way i was spoken to, but i sat down and realised how stupid i'd been and its a simple as that. Its the fact that I have great people at my DZ to teach me and I like to ask questions (even dumb ones) that I know how an RSL works. Yes I have 11 jumps but as soon as i attended my first ground school I went home, got on the internet and ordered books and read forums. To jump out of an aircraft without knowing how your gear works just sounds bone idle to me. Right now I dont need to know how to pack, or really how the parachute opens (of course I want to learn.) I just need to know how to save my life if something goes wrong, and knowing how an RSL works can save your life. As for grounding? i have not got a clue, all i'm trying to point out is that it's up to the student/jumper to be proactive. My 2 cents 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit. Im into tattoo's and have a fair few for my young 21 years of age (think children, i regret some) and i was thinking of something skydiving related.
