    I sprained my ankle playing flag football of all things Mine took about 4 months to completely heal and I was on crutches for one month. Of course my ankle sprain was borderline surgical. I just chose to stick with rehab and luckily it worked. The Original Cabana Boy!

    Yeah, it fukin hurt What really sucked is that was the first day of a 8 day vacation. Ahhh - classic rookie mistake! Good thing you tan... Sunburn was my one major concern in Hawaii last May. Being a very pale-skinned person, a burn like that would've put me in the hospital! They make really good sunscreens these days.
