Over the years I've come to the conclusion that it is wrong to try to convince anyone to skydive. It's ok to present it as an option and to make it clear that it's available to them. But going any further strikes me as pressuring them. Basically jumping is just something that you have to have a strong desire to do in order to succeed at it.
