Yes, I agree, but they still do not have life experience. That is the difference. It's not about knowledge either. I don’t think children have the experience of life to be able to decide if they want to introduce risks to it or not. They don't know what theyre goin to feel later in life or what they're going to want to do. So I would have to say no. I believe its about mental maturity as well as physical.
