Heh... I just bottled up a batch too... And when it says it'll be ready in 7 days after bottling... that means that it'll be fully carbonated in 7 days... I prefer to let mine sit after bottling for at least 2 or 3 weeks... Good luck!

I assume that you are running XP... Go to : Start --> Run --> type 'gpedit.msc' Once that opens, under "computer configuration" click on 'Administrative Templates' --> 'Windows Components' --> 'Windows Messenger' --> Then in the right pane, you will double click on 'Do not automatically start windows messenger initially' Change that to enabled... hit apply, then ok... then close out of the Group Policy window... Of course, you must be listed in the administrators group for this to work. Done. : ) Next?

I'd have to disagree a little bit. I swear by McAfee 7. Best anti-virus out there, bar none. The way it works is that it keeps track of what files have been scanned and does not scan them again unless they change (size, datestamp, etc.). It also scans any new file that is being written and any file on access (unless it has previously scanned it and the file has not changed). It does (like any virus scanner) take up a small amount of system resources though. I dont use any soft firewalls, but my personal router has a pretty decent and configurable hard firewall built into it. That being said, I totally agree with Ivan's suggestion of education... and even just common sense. MOST viruses are out there b/c Joe Schmoe keeps opening email attachments that he has no idea who they are from or what they will do. He just knows that by golly, it sure would be nice to see the new picture entitled "Britney_spears_hoohoos.jpg.pif" that some guy from Europe just sent him... never mind the fact that he has no idea who sent it to him. But then again with all of the Microsoft security vulnerabilities around, you'd be safer learning Linux... Some of the new virii do not require any user intervention to infect your machine (if you are not up to date on your security patches). And yes, I work in IT Infrastructure for a living.

I used to make them with all 5 of the silver well liquors... Equal parts: Vodka Tequila (Silver) Rum (Silver) Gin Triple Sec Then fill with sweet and sour, topping with Coke... Watch that sweet-n-sour though... you'll want to test it and adjust it to your taste... Blues... Brad
