Skydiving. You hurt your neck while looking at the airplane, then you see black dots and them some people do tiptoe landings.. How exciting!

YO! My stiletto has over 1000 jumps (new lines 150 jumps ago) and it opens very soft and predictable. I don't want another canopy, though I would like to have a smaller one.. I'm into high performance landings, but just like you not current enough to fly a velo, katana or similar.. You can land stilettos high performance style, but they build up front riser pressure very fast (low recovery arc; WL depending) so you either need a braked approach for long/high turns or just really good arm muscles I prefer the first method.. IMHO the stiletto is still a very nice, dependable and solid canopy that is capable of everything you want it to.

I would also like to hear an answer to this subject as I am considering topmounting a still camera on my non-flat FF helmet. Can this be done safely?

whatever, bring 'em all! we could compare atmonauti to track to wingsuit with some fancy shmancy diagrams! I'm sure our rocketscience dreamteam: "kallend" and "vidiot" would come up with some jawdropping graphs, charts and dioramas which would proof or destroy the atmonuatis thesis' if we give them the GPS Data. C'mon it's easy to mount on your helmet.. I'm sure someone in italy or SA lends you his wintec or similar device...

The easieast way would be to get some GPS Data from atmonauti dives and show them all non-believers

Hey everyone, Borrow a GPS unit, like a wintec wbt-201. Mount it on your helmet or container. Do some atmonauti dives with it. Post the data here in this forum for everyone to see. Hard data leaves no room for interpretation or speculation! End of discussion. Max

Yeah, I'll admit that there is one shot that shows one guy and it looks like he's either wearing a hidden rig or has taken it off. If it's hidden, it's a pretty well done set up. If he removed it completely, then, yeah, he's certifiably insane. Even in the scene with the back pack, there are clearly NO leg straps on it You're right, nobody has ever put their leg straps inside their pants in order to make it just look like another backpack; ever. Now, if you wanna talk about chest straps, yeah . . . hmmm. If they are Basejumpers, someone must know them on this site.. If it's a customized base container, it's done very clever, because it even has this "hanger grip" on top of the container This whole video irritates me.. the guy in the business suit, the music, etc.. definitly smells fishy, but somehow I believe this is 100% real.

Hey Saskia, thanks for your reply.. I was thinking about recording in 30p (progressive), which would give a slightly better result when you timestretch (slowmotion) the captured material in the post.. Played with it a for while now, it has pretty decent manual features.. I'm happy
