    Aerodyne Icon - Skyhook

Lee Yes, Aerodyne has been looking at the SkyHook, and once we have a better understanding on the delivery of the system in the Icon, we will make sure to let everyone know. As for a date when it will be available, we cannot yet give that, as many things still need to be completed in the whole process. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Tri Hybrid Query

Ryan The brake line set up you have on your canopy is the 4.0 Modification, this was done after extensive R&D and customer feedback. The Mod improved the flair on the canopy. If you have any questions on this please feel free to contact us Blue Skies Karl Meyer Marketing Coordinator Aerodyne Research Office: 1 813 891 6300 www.flyaerodyne.com

    GREATINGS

I've owned and jumped and Oxygen A3 for close on 7yrs and never had any issues with my contacts, even when I lifted the visor under canopy. I now own a Factory Diver and it works great, no issues with my contacts. You cannot go wrong with SkySysyems ...

    CompAir jump plane

Chom, I took a look at the CompAir when it was n the final stages of assembly at Wonderboom about 3yrs ago, it was then destined for SkydivExtreme, they were working with CAA (Civial Aviation Authority) to allow the aircraft to be used as a jump plane, Not sure where that went. Having sat in the aircraft and looked at the general construction, I think a day to day skydiving operation would be hard on the design and materials .... the one thing that bugged me was that the floor was below the door frame ... so one would either have to build a false floor into the AC or try step you and your pax or team over the step, a minor hassle, but one non the less. just my rambling .....

    170 container with 190 main

Anta Let me see if I can assist some more on this. Yes I have packed a Pilot 188 into our demo I5 Icon's on the odd occasion during a demo event (slap on the wrist ) .... and this is how I know what I'm talking about when saying that you could damage and stress the stitching and structure of the main tray on the Icon. http://www.flyaerodyne.com/download/IconSizingChart.pdf As for 7 cell packing smaller .... it's still a 190 no matter it being a 9 or 7 cell, yes certain fabrics make a difference in pack volume, but by no means enough to do what your wanting to do over a long term period.
