  1. Bill is the master, he has much time and energy and he's a greenie.....it's not safe to argue w/Bill
  2. Plan a bigway event during the WFC - rw, ff, crw.
  3. Grow some balls and tell him to his face
  4. LOL-well he's got balls....or something......the way I figure it if the dzo doesn't kick him off the dz than you guys at the Ranch are WAY WAY WAY more laid back than my local dz!!!
  5. I just want to know two things: 1. Was this a troll, because if it was it was a good one 2. If not, did this guy show up at the ranch this weekend. I'm betting "yes" to both.
  6. Okay I'm coming clean. I PUT YOU ON THE F.B.L. (Fat bastard list) and I pissed on your lunch. When I see you at the Dublin boogie you'd better be as skinny as when I meet you....you know when you were on the S.A.F.B. (sorta a fat bastard)
  7. Perris has a 30 day grounded for cypress fire rule, apparently it is on a per case basis. The ST&A looked this one over and decided it was not needed. (from above post)
  8. Glad your okay! I was under the impression that a cypress fire was a 30 day grounding with no exceptions @ Perris.
  9. ROTFLOL- I'll buy all the beer you and Kallend could drink if you room together.......the fights would be bloody. Hell, I guess I'd have to pick Kevin but it w/b good.
  10. Does anyone recall when insurance didn't cover everything. You bascially had coverage when something real bad happen, everything else was out of pocket. Time rolls on and more benifits get added and people start expecting them, like drug cards ect, ect.....low and behold the cost start going up AND the market corrects i.e. co-pays, higher deductables.... At the company I work at we get 100% of our health care paid for but we do have a high deductable (+$2,000, $20.00 co-pay). BUT we do have people that go to the emergency room for a cold....to avoid the co-pay. This is a small company with about 35 employees. Two things I believe. 1. There is NO "free health care" 2. There is NO way to have health care that is totally "fair" between people that are working and people that don't. End of rant.
  11. Give it up Kevin....everybody knows you thats going to be there
  12. 1. You buy a pack job the PACKER PACKS it - ALL of it. That means setting the brakes, cocking the PC ALL of it. 2. You cut it away and lose it, it's YOUR tough luck. 3. When a packer acts like they hate life, I find another packer, when a packer has a good attitude I feel better about the pack job, I know that they can have a bad attitude but pack great, but I FEEL better when they don't seem like they want to put a bullet in there head because they are packing. 4. Pay. It's hard hard work. Everybody that jumps knows that but it pays pretty good IF the dz has enough customers, for a part time (weekend) job. If your trying to raise a family of four at a weekend dz - find another job. 5. Tips. If the packer demands brakes being set as a rule, and if I don't feel like packing, than I lower my tip. If they are swamped and have a friendly attitude then the tip stays the same. But - I set my brakes because it makes me feel more comfortable.

  19. Sooo (and I know someone somewhere has asked this) WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?
  20. I went for four years in a row, had a blast but when I started there were a lot less turbin aircraft to jump (my dz was a 182 at the time) Don if he is interested needs to re market the boogie, come up with some different planes, bands (although I like the old bands) It easy to say re market the boogie but it's hard to come up with how to change it. Having said that, one day if it's still going I'll be back.
  21. By the girls mother, who had left to go to church......I still think she snuck up the stairs, good thing we had the chain on the door......of course it open wide enough for her to stick her head in and see us in an uncompromising position!
  22. Man I love it when you can get two old timers going at it, where a women threatens to kick the guys ass (and everybody knows she could) and the collage prof. get's a lick in while he runs for the door. is this a great sport or what?? P.S. - I didn't get to jump this weekend so I just having fun........... Besides Mary couldn't really kick John's ass. Maybe, well if John got the first lick in he'd prob be okay.
  23. LOL-I have to agree, it's a troll BUT Val get's 62 responses so you have to give it a "good troll" score!
