WOW, that is a lot of work for a shake! (yeah I am more of a just-add-water kinda person) I got bored with my usual workout routine. I decided to go bike riding. I haven't ridden a bike since I was small and the bikes came with tassles and basket...18 miles later....MY ASS HURTS It was a great low impact workout for my legs sparing my knees and ankles. I don't think my ass will ever forgive me. Life is not fair and there are no guarantees...

For now, I donate blood and bone marrow. I turned my farm into an animal shelter, raise organic food for local homeless/battered shelters and those in need of food, bringing back destroyed habitat for an endangered species, volunteer as a wildlife rehabber, use my photographs to bring smiles and encouragement to people in local shelters, hospitals, or shut in at home, and apparently provide a group of soldiers overseas with entertainment through my writings. I do most of it anonymously and all of it without soliciting from others. Trying my best to leave it better than I found it. Life is not fair and there are no guarantees...

My son won't even let me edit his papers anymore, he says I'm too picky. My daughter drives me crazy because she's ok with a C for a grade. If I would have gotten a C on something in school, I would have cried! guilty again - I wasn't happy with anything less than 100 I recently supervised (I wouldn't do it for her, if she had questions, I would answer but she had to do it) a friend's daughter with her science project and it nearly killed me. Me: Wow that turned out good, very creative. The assignment says you need to label the parts. Her: Oh, thats just 10 points, I will leave them off.
