The second pic is not much different than what we did here in mental health not ALL that long ago...up through the 50's for sure, into the 60's. I guess things are different everywhere you go, but here in my little rural part of the world, we take pretty good care of people without insurance. There are so many of them. As long as they're paying *something.* Often that's $5 a month. Many of 'em cost me more to take care of than I make taking care of them. Forget orthopaedic surgery? That's wrong too. Our orthopaedists take care of my uninsured patients too when they need it. No questions asked. Same with cardiologists, urologists. There are some specialists that are harder to access though. The problem becomes the patient's bill. They DO get pretty decent treatment, but they're left with a bill. I have one patient who won't come back in after she filed bankruptcy because she knows I won't get paid. I'd rather just take care of her. I do see a problem with what the father did. The daughter has some big part in this....and so does HE, as the father, who raised her...right? You do the best you can with your kids, and still sometimes they screw up. No sense cutting off some other guys nuts for it. That's true. I've lost 40 lbs this year too! Hard work. BUT, the fat that women have on their butts is actually not unhealthy fat. There are health advantages to a fat ass. It's that intraabdominal fat...the beer gut fat...yellow fat...that's actually BAD for you. Guys walking around with a big tense belly? Heart attack...lol. Obviously the guy who cut off his child's boyfriend's testicles was responsible for raising his daughter. The old guy screwing around with the teenager obviously has issues, but he's not the only one with a problem here. Dear ol' dad's problems are FAAAAAR greater. Since these guys here are so fashion conscious, I'd like to know this too. I'm not 14+ and have always been in good shape. But I caught the nasty breast cancer bug, and now I don't have tits...won't at least until summer. Well, we're going skiing for New Year's, and I'm wondering what's appropriate for the hot tub! Titless chick in the hot tub. Is it okay to go topless like you guys? Or do you still have to be modest and cover tits that...aren't.
