what other (if any) activities do you do that have helped you improve your skydiving skills...e.g dance, yoga, etc learn to fly in 3d

i am dragging ass so much at work...went to bed @ 4:30 AM woke up @ 6:00 AM to go to work and today is going to be a long day and i don't even want to start thinking about tonight...but definitely very worth it just wanted to share that learn to fly in 3d

i really like brazilian ju-jitsu but would most definitely complement it with an above ground fighting style so that you can fight on both grounds because sometimes you really don't what to hit the floor learn to fly in 3d
