OK! I am confused, is this DZ opening or not??? Who were the jumpers from G-Burg opening the DZ? In one post it said the plane was on the way there another it said the place was closed before it opened. i was riding with one of my sales reps on the west side of Indianapolis Indiana this morning. I see this yellow sign in a yard that advertises jump gift certificates for a website called jumpindy.com well i went to the site it looks like Skyride again. anyone know? Blues D

this might be real dumb question, but what about this beast being at WFFC????? They have gotten aproval in the past to have a jet that was just retro fitted for jumping. What would be the difference? At the wffc each year they say it was because of insurance with the plane, well Perris has the insurance. Can sombody please explain to me why this is not doable or what is the real reason the holdup is not the magic bullet theory of it's all fake? I am missing it.

Scott, is this a local DZ to you(Indiana)? It makes a big difference. In Indiana I think unless there is information provided in writing as to dates of pay, as shitty as it maybe, the employer can choose"when to provide payment to his employers. It is shitty and low-life to do, it can be thought of sort of like sales commissions in a sales job. They can be paid monthly,quarterly etc. I agree move on to another DZ if it is where you jump. I am now living in Illinois but have jumped at all the Indiana DZ(except Ft Wayne if it's still there). PM me when you get this I would be curious to hear the details. Blues D

OK, I am now to the point of remembering what i was feeling right before my first AFF many moons and beers back! A whuffo friend asked me if I was nervous and I responded It really does feel like i did prior to my first jump, he looked at me confused and I told him to forget what i just said. HA! If you are looking for Roger Reynolds, former GK ETC he was jumping at Jerry's skydiving circus in Franklin Indiana outside of Indianapolis. Contact the DZ and the DZO(Dick ) can probably get you in tough with him. If this is the same one he is an interesting guy.
