great! Now all i have to do is become an actual skydiver and i'm set! And Lou, I think I just may take you up on that offer, now is definitely the time. as far as the relationship goes, we're still trying to "work things out" which is the main reason i need a vacation so badly. I figure if I remove myself from the situation for a while, I can clear my head and make a better decision. but whatever. lou, if/when i get to take this vacation of mine, you can be sure i'll give ya a call. I may just take off for a week and drive somewhere in the u.s. that seems to be the most logical thing to do seeing as how i'm a)broke and b)going to be traveling alone. who knows, Canada does sound like lots of fun though.

Thanks for the info guys! When exactly is the off season for Europe? I don't really care where I actually end up, I think either France or the UK would be best b/c of the whole language thing. i dunno, maybe i could just go over there, get a job waiting tables and stay as long as i want! Don't think skydiveaggieland would appreciate that though, hmmmf. We'll see. Thanks everyone for your help!

Need something cheap and far far away, europe would be nice, but i don't know how to get a good deal. i tried expedia and orbitz and all that, but i don't have $8,000 bucks. grrr, how do i find a hostel or something? cieux bleus,
