  1. Hey JumpinJules... I sent you a PM... We are having our opening weekend on Friday the 13th. you should come out and hang with us and get to know everyone... we have a super fun DZ and we get our turbine aircraft on April 24th
  2. Well, lets see here...First off I am just a manequin head... I came to Skydive Twin Cities last summer, Karl and Meriah brought me there for my first time and all I got to do is sit in the car staring at people as they walked by. finally out of the car. I got to sit in the otter for many loads, back in the cubby hole until someone took me and put me on top of the hanger. the next morning people noticed me there and it was quiet funny.. I sat for a couple days up there even during rain and sun and finally someone got me down and placed me somewhere else and thats where the game started...... WHERES BETTY?...... After surviving a summer being moved from place to place to place all season long always being found and then people hiding me, being found and and then hiding me, the season ended.... now what... Well, It was time for nationals to take place and someone thought I might like to go somewhere warm for the winter and so I traveled to Arizona, hoping to be re-united with my orginal owners and wish them luck at nationals and the game went on there.... I scared the be-jesus out of meriah when she opened her gear bag and found me, it was nice to be with my original family for a while they even gave me a tour around the dz so I could check it out... after nationals was over I got lost, someone said I went back home with Karl and Meriah but they say they didn't have room for me so they left me there ..... I know the summer is approching and I would really love to be at Skydive Twin Cities when they open... I Miss You Guys If God wanted man to stay on the ground. 9. I recently had my rsl put back on.. Because...I switched from a sabre 107... non elliptical to a velocity 96 and had a pretty nasty spinning malfunction. And I reached in with both hands, one on cutaway one on reserve, went to pull cutaway and had to take my hand of the reserve handle to pull cutaway. I highly doubt I would of had trouble finding that reserve handle but I don't want to take any chance on that happening again and me not being able to find that handle, or hoping my cypress works. Yeah, everyone has there own opinion to things... and thats mine If God wanted man to stay on the ground. He would of put roots on them instead of feet. loving life GO-N-UP

  12. No worry, Vincent from Europe... I went to your profile in hopes to see where you live to offer advise on maybe where to go and just seeing your name as "jon bon jovi" and nothing else, well I couldn't offer advise to that. I wish you luck with your future skydiving and welcome to the fourms... hopefully someone can offer suggestions for dropzone in Europe, maybe you can search uspa.org for help. 14. Brian, you know just about anyone out at the dz would help you out.... just ask.... come out to the dropzone even when its not nice out side even if its raining... better chance then to find some help as we are all not busy. like the next 2 days its going to rain and snow.... being at home packing without someone there to help could be confusion and / or fusterating.. you can't ask the video questions as you go along and if you do something incorrect then your learning bad habits... Hang in there, you'll get it... get in touch with me.. Scooter If God wanted man to stay on the ground. He would of put roots on them instead of feet. loving life GO-N-UP

  19. My wind limit is 25mph. PERIOD. when the winds are out of a different directions, like out of the west over the tree line I will have a 20mph limit because its very bumpy. Limits are limits and if I'm gonna say 26 is ok then why not 27 then why have limits. There is nothing worse than being in the air wishing you were on the ground. I"m a lighter TI so the guys have higher limits, I know some of them will jump in 30mph. But they respect my limit. The students have no idea what"s going on and they rely on us as instructor for there safety. Limit on jumps for a day....I usally average 7-10 per day during the week and 10-15 each day on sat and sun. 17 tandems is the most I've ever done in one day. If God wanted man to stay on the ground.
