Hey Bill: I live right outside Portland, and work in Portland. The protesters are on the other side of the river so I do not have to drive by them. The Mayor here is about as liberal as they come. But even she seems to have tired of them blocking bridges, breaking windows, (Macdonalds, Starbucks, Cars with american flags). There is no need to pass additional laws, just enforce the ones on the books. If you really feel it is OK to use the roads by laying in them. I assume your old jump suit did not have booties. Assuming it is similar in tightness you should be able to fall slower with booties. Per haps you move foward with the booties and are not comfortable with the feel of the wind on the booties. Fly a litte flatter with your feet slightly out, raise your head up and let your upper body sit up. push on the air with your elbows and hands. Get a partners and do some fall rate drills.
