I came home from work today only to be disappointed, severley, and it hurts alot. I like so many other friends in this world, loaned out a large amount of money to someone. And honestly, it's never about the money, it's about being let down, being told something and believing in that person and being let down. IF they would have said they could never pay me back I still would have done it, I would have found another job or cut back on spending or jumping, but I still would have done it. Now I had to go borrow money from someone in my own family, and I look bad because I need to pay them back, so what does a girl do? She keeps to her word is what she does, lif is hard in that aspect, but I've come to the conclusion that it would be so much harder to let my own family take a hit for my own decesions. I actually put my brand new rig up for sale, my baby, but the more I looked at it the more I realized skydiving isn't jumping out of planes, it's about living life, and respecting it and being grateful for it, I can do that even if it's for a period of time that I can't jump. This is the first time I've ever handeled something with grace and faith, guess I owe a case right?

no offense everyone, but although your ideas seem nice, it still seems too much like those gift certificate presents. While it's very sweet and thoughtful to buy something related to skydiving, it's just as easy walking into a store in the mall that you like and buying a gift certificate. The two keys are to one use your imagination and to 2 personalize it. While the ideas are sweet, jump tix, jewelry, that's great really it is, but why not send him on a scavenger hunt to get the gifts. Or just wear some high heels and only wear the necklace you give him. Buy a temporary tattoo with his name on it and place it somewhere on your body and have him find it. Valentine's day doesn't have to be expensive, just thoughtful. Blindfold him drive him around town and pull back up to your house, or take him out to some remote spot to watch the stars and bring along some takeout (don't forget to read the fortune cookie) Just think simple and run with it, deep down we're kids, we like very simple things from the heart. hehehe ok sorry everyone I'm rambling as usual, is it that obvious I don't have a valentine lol...I don't know if any of that helps, but hope it does!

I don't recall being over at Perris for the 4th I know I watched fireworks at Elsinore, if my memory serves me right I think I was not there. I might have been there if they were doing that para performance stuff then. And who all here was at the hawaiin party cause I was there! **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

Craziest? I dunno I have alot of naked jumps, bikine jumps, topless, you catch my drift I think I passed up 20 when it comes to naked jumps. Although one of the radest jumps I was in a naked 29 with my buddy and we had a kiss pass in the middle of it before we let go and went into a sit only to see an awesome sunset over skydive elsinore. **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

I was reading everyone's shoe preference and I'm thinking maybe it's more of a california thing but I go in my vans....I haven't seen airwalks around here since I was in high school, wait so that was what a week ago lol.... **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

I can't offer any advise to ya. Me and my lil bro, who's your age both jump and have since we were both 18, and never once has our mom come out to see us, oh wait she saw me once at the dz when my step sister made her tandem compliments of me....hmmm somehow i wasnt happy to see my mom there video camera and all. I give, it's hard but I'll take her for how she is instead of having the neverending struggle...if you come up with a way let me know, I'd love to see my mom there once, just once out there for me. **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

I would say I have a descent Christmas collection for a 22 yr old, The Grinch, Christmas Vacation, The Grinch (orginal), White Christmas, Miracle on 34th street, Christmas story, but my favorite out of all of them is hands down It's a Wonderful Life, I just love Jimmy Stewart! As much as I love the new things, when it comes downt o it, I'm a traditional girl... **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

I'm thankful to have my senses. To be able to see all the beauty of the world To taste all of it's wonders To feel and experience them to the fullest To smell things like the ocean and mountains, and what the air smells like under canopy and to hear all the love and awesome sounds this life has to offer. I'm very fortunate to be in the family that I have, and still cry on sunset jumps...I pray that I never lose that For some reason I have the priviledge of meeting such awesome new people and being able to see even if it's for a second a glimpse at who they are as a person. I really do love my life, and I have the Man to thank for that. I wsih all of youy the same happiness **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

No one has flown back into a porter the same way Patrick did. The stunt in Eloy had a porter with a drogue on it. Actually my buddy tried the same exact stunt Patrick did over at Elsinore about 2 weeks ago and they almost got back in. I trip out on what the visual would be....dang! could you imagine being that close tot a plane in freefall? **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

I did my 100th naked, but then again it wasn't the end of October....I'm sure it's a bit cold in the air. Although I have made my fair fair share of naked jumps, or more than my fair share. 100 jumps isn't about jumping naked it's about making it special. Alot of people will say jump naked, why? so that you can immediately say, hey you know for my 100th I went naked! Araft jump is just as cool, or a kiss pass, you're 100th is just an excuse to throw the rule book out, that's why the birthday suit it done. It's not the 100 that is important, it's all the jumps that you do, so I suggest doing a cool jump, but then not waiting til your next 100 to do something that cool, do it whenever, cause evryday is a celebration day! have fun on your jump!!!! **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

I didn't mean to stir up the commotion...just trying to say that base isn't something to be taken lightly. And although skydiving is fun, we often tend to not think of it as something scarey, whereas base jumping, the longer someone is jumping, the scarier it is. There are so many different factors and not alot of time to correct them as well. and yes you can base for a living, he sells his footage, ut's sick some of the stuff he can do, when some people go hand held he jumps doing double gainers stowed....its life though...and hes living it how he wants to so more power to him **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

I have never personally made a BASE, however my very good friend BASE jumps for a living, and yeah so he's not normal lol but none of us are really lol. base is way different from skydiving. In reality, we all know that skydiving is very very safe...the majority of deaths caused by skydiving is human error.....well I cause it on life, it's called living, you die, people die....and it's not trgic dying doing what you love. Anyways, that's another tangent lol I will try not to ramble. K well after you jump you have about 5 seconds under canopy before your at the ground, so hmmmm since alot of the openings are 90's you have to constantly be on the ball about things. IT IS dangerous....skydiving you can do for years and not get hurt...but base jumping you will get hurt, there isnt a normal landing area, and a little windsock for wind direction lol. Don't get me wrong I'll do it myself, even if it is once...although this feeling I get seems like I will thrive off the fear part I think I will enjoy it. **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

No I didn't do it naked, although I know I will lol it was just so freakin rad I've had the best day today, it's like nothing will bring me down ...well maybe depends on how I do on my test tonight lol. YES!!! That's right today my butt rolled out of bed before the sun was up and headed on over to Perris for my very first balloon jump from 3500!!! Yes Yes I will owe beer next time I go to the dropzone I know lol. Me and my friend did a 2 way and we have stills and video too so I'll be sure to post them when I get them...but dude!!! WAY AWESOME !!!! I will definitely have to do another one sometime!!! **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P

Viking, I think that is so adorable that you are verbalizing how you feel. I can totally relate, stopping by in places just to get a glimpse of that person. No one ever seems to believe me when I say that I am a very shy person. I can flirt with everyone I do actually lol, alot I think it's fun, but it's so easy because I'm not head over heals for them. When I am I'm shy and nervous, and blush alot...basically I'm the butt of all of it lol I'm like a total schoolgirl, and it's like my first crush. The point it that she may be feeling the same, or she may not, but how are you ever going to know unless you jump? **BLUE ONES** BITE ME.... :P
