I don't know what business your in but I am sure that you sell your product (which it doesn't matter what the product is) to anyone that is willing to pay for it so that you and yours can eat and sleep under a roof. The people selling gear want to eat to and it is absolutely none of your business to whom they sell to. It is the respondsibilty of the purchaser and where they chose to use said merchandise. Anyone using a Neptune have problems with freefall time stopping prematurly? Had it shut off at 11k when decent speed hit 50mph according to protrack. Anyway to fix it? The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

By the way Skydive Cancun is in Playa, the Dz is right next to Carlos & Charlies by the ferry to Cozumel. You walk to the airport 1/4 mi away and land down the beach where a van picks you up. Skydive cancun is a nice USPA DZ, it is a tandem factory and I believe the price is $200 a jump. When I was there they were flying a wide body 182 off of a paved runway. You land on the beach. Altitude will be 10K. The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

O.K so I order my suit back in Dec and was told it would arrive the week of Feb 3rd. Yesterday I get an e-mail with a tracking # that says it will be here Jan 26! I am not sure if they know this or not but they are in the skydiving indusrty and nothing is ever on time and certainly not early. After talking with a concerned group at Alti-2 they are shipping me a new one. The 2nd one I got was the same one that they coldn't find anything wrong with at the factory. They seem to have customer service in mind and have been very helpful with my problems. They also threw in a few goodies for my troubles. I am happy so far! I have 2 protracks the jumptrack software and 1 digitude. I wanted the neptune because the protrack stops counting freefall at 119sec and I am getting more time than that with the wingsuit, plus I just like cool shit! The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Just wanted to know what failure rate of the Neptunes are and if anyone is happy or unhappy with the product. I have had 2 of them arrive and not work out of the box. As of right now Alti-2 has been taking care of the problem and even threw in a new t-shirt but the sad part is that I have never even got to jump with one which is a bummer as it was a Christmas present!
