You are right, looking good:)

The only "important things" left are the turning vanes in the basement, the variable frequency drives and the inlet contractor. Why are they wasting so much time making it look pretty??>:(
:D:D

Hrrm...maybe trying to get the outside on it before the snow flies ;)

1. A place to eat.

There is a great sushi place right across the parking lot. I know where I'll be spending my lunch money:ph34r:

I will second that. Yuki is great. The Rio is also great. Their margies can also be used for Jet-A. You have been warned.B|

OK, I gotta say it. THIS IS THE COOLEST LOOKING TUNNEL EVER!!!!!! At least from the outside

Yeah, I'm excited But you gotta admit, it's a nice-looking building.

Yeah its a cool lookin building, but I'd be more than happy to fly in an ugly tunnel as well:P, as long as it flies, I'm happy;)

I don't mean to rub this in your face too much, but just an update:

The cable floor is done. Electricians are working everyday.

Uhg. That's not a fun job, and I've never had to string a WHOLE net for the first time, just a few cables at a time....

I too have never had to string a whole net. That job went to those that could handle it. But not to worry, Derek has promised that he will show me how to replace a cable when it's needed. I'm just now working up my list of excuses that I can give him:ph34r:

~I need to go pee first
~I need to answer the phone
~I need to take a call that's on hold
~I don't want to break a nail................
~Just let me open this bottle of wine first

The aim is late Dec. early Jan. It all depends on how fast some things get down.

I would suggest keeping an eye on this thread, because once we are ready to take reservations, I promise, you will not miss the announcement.

Is drinking and tunelling frowned upon hehehehehehehehehehehehe.....

Personally I don't drink and get in the tunnel to fly. I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone that wants to waste their time or energy doing that. For me it would be wasting time that I could be learning.

The bottle of wine will only be opened after the flying and job is done;)

Ever see the "behind closed doors with Joan Lunden" wind tunnel episode? I epitomized the term "hung over" when we did that.
