They're the same ones posting about Joe Average COVID doctor, and how just about anyone can be a president. Wendy P.

Conservative ones at that. Bless her heart. She probably volunteers at the animal shelter as well.

wmw999 2,146 #5 November 11, 2023 I managed to watch 20 minutes of it a year or two ago (well, 19, but who's counting). No, it wasn't convincing, especially when combined with the FACT that judges appointed by a variety of appointers (i.e. democrats and republicans, including Trump), were all unable to be convinced that there was a scintilla of admissible evidence. Why admissible? Well, because that's how the Constitution is written and interpreted -- for the last 250 years. Wendy P.
wmw999 2,146 #6 November 11, 2023 If it failed to grab me in the first 20 minutes (which is nearly 20% of the movie), there mustn't have been a whole lot of "there" there. Wendy P.
winsor 187 #7 November 11, 2023 Living in Cook County, IL, NYC and Philadelphia, one becomes inured to a certain level of hijinks around the polling booth. It's pretty much only when the freestyle approach gets egregious that it's newsworthy. As far as Trump winning in 2020, it is a matter of numbers. Given that, if you turn over a rock whatever crawls out from underneath will vote Democrat, it stands to reason that more votes went to his opponent. Also, since he is one of the most repellent individuals in the history of U.S. politics, a fair number of people would vote for pretty much anyone to get him out of office, and others just stayed home. Do Democrats suck out loud? Of course, it's their job. Does Trump suck worse than anyone but Hillary? That's what has kept him in business (so far). We are given to the illusion that, when removing a bad person from contention, -Saddam Hussein, Mummar Khaddaffi, Evner Hoxha and Josef Broz Tito come to mind - they will be replaced by well adjusted and sage leaders. Perhaps that has worked, but I can't think of an instance offhand. Both Trump and Biden are prime examples of the principle that 'the scum rises to the top.' Any reasoning for that comment apart from plain old racism? 18 minutes ago, winsor said: Does Trump suck worse than anyone but Hillary? Strange that in none of the thousands of words you've wasted trying to draw an equivalence between Trump and Hillary have you ever explaned why Hillary is so bad. Almost as if there's no rational thought behind your views at all.
