Who will win the election if Mark Cuban runs?

With Biden and Trump fairly close, what would be the effect if Mark Cuban decides to run?  

If Cuban pulls a few votes from the other candidates, would Biden or Trump be most likely get 50% of the electoral college votes?  Does that change with Cuban in the race, or are Biden and Trump equally affected?

If Cuban pulls enough votes so that nobody gets >50% in the electoral college, it becomes one vote per state delegation.  Under that situation, I expect an easy Trump win (unless Cuban has gotten way more votes than I can imagine).

Interesting scenario.  Cuban could pull a Ross Perot and take enough votes away from Trump to allow a Biden victory.
