I think most lawyers are very smart and won't just blindly advocate/reject jurors just based on skin color alone. I think that the lawyers will gauge the potential jurors' attitudes and make decision based on their actions and what they say during the interview process. For example - the offense will take a caucasian white-guilt biased juror over a black juror that has taken turns as neighborhood watch leader - any day. So, if there is any skin color bias involved, that will come in with each juror, not with the lawyers. With your clearly demonstrated bias - the jury selection process would be very quick - hell, the charactor of the candidates wouldn't even matter. "just look at him - I know how he'll vote." why waste time asking questions? hell - once the selection process is done, the judge can just scan the jury, take a race count, and determine guilt or innocence right then ---at least in wlsc world clearly the content of character from each individual just doesn't matter ...
