skybytch 259 #18 July 11, 2002 QuoteGet rid of that right now and upgrade to XP. Why? From what I've heard XP crashes just as regularly as the previous versions. I've gotten kinda used to rebooting my computer once or twice a day...

I've gotten kinda used to rebooting my computer once or twice a day... Actually XP is really stable. I reboot about once a month. Problem is most people running XP are also running IE 6, which crashes constantly. Also the nice thing about crashes in XP is that they usually don't require a reboot, you can just close the program that crashed. And even when you do reboot, it boots in under 10 seconds. Plus there's a Service Pack coming out in the next couple of weeks for XP, won't be any more fixes for ME, I believe. Errr...I said too much....I am not a geek, I swear (ok, maybe a little)
