Well, it's official, I am now a 50 jump wonder. Obviously, this means that I'm now authorized to provide advice as if I'm an instructor, criticize tips from -actual- instructors, and talk trash about those "low-jump newcomers".

Well, I've been jumping a Silhouette 210, but it is a little sluggish, so I'm prolly going with a Velocity 90. No better training than trial and error right?

...sadly enough, I am actually downsizing, but don't worry it's to a 190 loaded @ .92, not exactly a pocket rocket.

That Lutz video ticks me off to no end!!! I can't describe the amount nor magnitude of anger that evokes in me because of people who CLEARLY screw up and then blame the sport... As if we don't already have a enough flack to deal with... Yeah, I don't jump yet, but that will soon change and nonetheless, skydiving is very special to me.

Does anyone recall the "50 jump wonder" that argued about advise that Bill Booth had given? No shit, one of his comments was that although he didn't have the time in the sport or many jumps he's thoughts and advise were just as valid.

Never. If you attempt to breathe in freefall your lungs will become overinflated and explode! Unless of course your doing Atmonauti in which case you will be falling slow enough to breathe.
