So are cameras and video... I know I ham up more for cameras some (err, most of the time). Besides, I work in corporate america, some of my antics if seen may help me get a promotion if they are trying to meet a diversity quota. An electronics free zone might be something to try but I don't think it'd work just with self policing. You'd need impartial security people. Personally I'm not sure the tradeoff is really worth it.
