Can be rigged to have minimal "impact force", and this one looks to have a CFF (Calibrated fall-factor) of about 0.2-0.1. I probably would not do this particular stunt, but it would not be extremely difficult to hold on. I would guess around 3g max. Way easier than some 'Mr. Bills'.
