It's not about fair! Kids are there to get the skills to support themselves. Life is seldom fair, however over long term hard work and smarts equal monetary rewards. Johnny needs to read and do math and to think in a logical way and be able to express his ideas. Secular progressives want everything fair, it's not. Any random malfunction may kill you and not me. Life is like that

I have more than likely lived in more countries than you have lived in states maybe even cities. I have lived all around the states as well, so I have a little better idea than most how different people are around the states. School systems have enough problems teaching little johnny to read to be wasting time and money on gay pride month.

I disagree, with all the problems of school systems, they (school boards) should have way more things to think about and plan than a gay history month. The board members that back this should be voted out of office for lack of focus on the problems of the school system instead of trying to appease some tiny liberal group.

Next year it'll be polygamy history month.
