It is def a great DZ but the taxation of the $30 fee and the $25 in tolls for me to get there kinda sucks ... but they have a great rigging loft, a variety of people to jump with, jeff nebelkopf with wingsuits is usually their, CK1 and people that organize trips to wind tunnels (although they go all the way to NC!) but great people just dont bring a crazy gf/ex gf ... it doesnt mix well blue skies!!! the condemned convict climbs the highest peaks without fear

Been a while since I have been on here but figured I would check to see what was being posted about the ranch anniversary --- i am currently trying to convince the fiance that this would be a necessary expenditure before the wedding --- so just wondering who is thinking about making it out to what could possibly be the best party weekend at the ranch ... ranch hands unite! I would have to agree with a couple on this thread ... the ranch and skydive new england in lebanon maine... perks -- skydive new england has a great crew and a good after jumping vibe (in which nakedness and singing christmas carrols is an average evening after a couple drinks around the bonfire) .... and often times they organize a group to go to the tunnel in new hampshire at night or bad weather days ... so u could really hone in on some skills THE RANCH --- I am biased because this was (and still is) my DZ but unfortunately i moved five hours away ... but its perks -- amazing staff, amazing planes (3 super otters less one is being worked on), russians, pond, always a party, always people of all skill levels to jump with, 3 otters, awesome facilities (new hanger with porches, a bar (not sure if its up and running as a true bar yet or not), 3 otters, sweet camping, lots of shit talking and lying around the fire, 3 otters, a great staff in the pro shop (great riggers, sonic is awesome and donna is even better (i still love you sonic but ur wifey is cool shit)), and did i mention that they have 3 otters .... the best thing to do as most skydivers would tell you pick a couple or a few DZ's and visit them all and make your own decision ... when it all comes down to it -- its what makes you happy blues skies!!! good luck!!! the condemned convict climbs the highest peaks without fear

If you are not in or around the baltimore area then i guess u do not need to read this: I am a fifth grade teacher in Baltimore city and I took a bunch of my students to go snowboarding through the Burton Chill program (burton basically pays for your students to go snowboarding 6 different weekends completely free of cost -- lift tix, head to toe gear, lessons, trans., etc) anyway i have a bunch of pictures and videos that I would like to put into a 'semi-professional' video format with music, effects, etc. that i would show to the whole school during an assembly and give copies to the students involved. thank you much!!! so i have been informed that i have to choose between my 'normal' summer vacations and can only do one ... normal is two music fests (usually all good in WV and Camp Bisco in NY) .... two skydive fests .... and then two nature trips like white water rafting, hiking, etc.... so i have to choose one of those six ---- the obvious answer is skyfest but that does not include her ... so idk we will have to see ... if i can convince her to do two trips then i will be there ... i will try the condemned convict climbs the highest peaks without fear

there already is a 'real' dropzone out there thats not just a tandem factory ... i guess the only way this new one could be more 'real' is if there would be a 'dropzone hood' on the DZ and a bar, and a fire pit, and of course shenanighans ... but the DZ that is already there does not lack the latter the condemned convict climbs the highest peaks without fear

Z-Hills for sure ... been there many times and its the shizznit ... you can camp for free or you can rent these lil 10-12 ft' campers For the view I would also check out Sebastian ... and beach jumps too ... Deland is good as well But if i had to pick it would be the hills all the way ... I am a rancher and our planes head down there for the winter ... If its busy you will have three otters turning loads all day long and a very diverse group of people to jump with ... right near tampa fl to find stuff to do but every time i have been there i never left the dz except for beer and ice ... the condemned convict climbs the highest peaks without fear
