I think the trespass laws also work a little different at a state run store such as this. Not only can the property owner have you arrested but the state has jurisdiction also. From the looks of things in this video, if this cop chose to be a racist then it appears he could act out his racist desires all day long. He was wanting to see if there wasn't something else ( alcohol ) mixed into that can. Maybe in this case there wasn't... Loitering could be a major problem ( would it surprise you) and he's coming out to break it up before it ever gets started.

The problem is if you were wronged by "them" , a copy of that video wouldn't be so easy to get hold of.

What is even stranger about the whole thing is that the video has like 33 million views ... I did read that right didn't I?

I am not a lawyer or even an insurance guru but when u do consult one I think you would be wise to be able to state with confidence how your bike got messed up. Maybe one of the people who aren't so sure they seen your bike being abused can be a little surer, which in turn will make u a little surer

Having spent quite a bit of my lifetime in crazy cold climate and not being all that crazy about the cold (although relative) when it is ridiculous and I have to be in it I wear mechanic gloves which aren't warm by themselves but I use hand Warner's. they sell them in pairs and I lay one against palm of my hand and slide the glove over it. Doesn't effect my mobility or feeling. ..it's not anything like hiding a go pro in your glove

out of curiousity ...how do u know its regular oil and not synthetic? secondly during winter months dpending upon where you live they may have changed the oil to one of a different viscosity to be more compatible to cold weather. glad you found a new hub cap...i woul have suggested calling a couple junk yards. parts for those cars are readily available

I doubt youll be going any where real soon. Someone ive dont quite a bit of work for bought a brownstone in brooklyn that was in foreclosure from the bank. When he got to the brownstone there was a squatter (bum) living there without electricity or water. This guy figured since the property was his now he would change the locks and force the bum out. 3 hours after changing the locks he heard a knock on his door at his other house. He got to the door only to find the cops there who were telling him he had one hour to get the locks off the doors or he would be going to jail. Its been 3 months now and the bum is still there and this guy is still going to court on the matter. As for me Im waiting for the bum to move out so we can renovate the place which he will then flip. This guys mom ( the lady ive done quite a bit of work for ) is a fairly famous author and is a professor/department head over at n.y.u. so its not as if these people dont have a little bit of juice to manipulate the system to their benefit all to no avail. Now we are sitting back waiting to see which judge will order the bum out.

Your right, all those modiifiations which need to be done cost alot of money and always hard to find an honest deal. I am a licensed general contractor here on Long Island. Depending on where Maggot will ultimately be living I would be happy to get some guys there and fix the place the way it needs to be done. I can get a crew there and have it looking like a mini extreme home makeover if need be. Once his future condition is realized the house can be set up accordingly so that it is ready for him when it is time to come home. Anyone interested on maggots behalf, that needs more information from me I would be happy to supply references, license numbers, insurance certificates and whatever else may be needed. I can relate to this injury although this is far more severe then what happened to myself. In 1984 I was crushed between a car and truck.From there I was in traction and then 2+ years on crutches and alot of therapy. If everyone helps just a little his recovery and future will be just a little easier. It seems like the least we could all do as humans.

pitbulls typically arent the best for keeping bad guys away from your stuff pit bulls are not usually aggresive towards humans ( and dont everyone start sending me pitbull mauling stories) a pitbull may turn aggresive toward a small child in order to establish rank but an adult typically doesnt have that same problem with the pits now a couple rotties, sheps or dobies may keep them away from your gas a whole lot better! dogs that actually bite thes days arent so easy to come by and the ones that do arent meant for inexperienced handlers
