There's a reason for that Nothing opens like a Deere! You ignorant fool! Checks are for workers!

There are multiple reasons for/results of removing a case from state to federal court, which I deliberately won't detail here. But I will say this: compared to most state courts, most federal courts, especially trial courts, are generally very intolerant of bullshit; they tend to cut right thru all the BS to get right to the real nub of the issues at hand. The party that most benefits from this is often the party whose positions, tactics and evidence are least dependent on bullshit. Take that for what it's worth. So from what your saying this may be a very good tactic for SDH. Good to know! Nothing opens like a Deere! You ignorant fool! Checks are for workers!

Hell yes! I love talking to a person that is open minded and has a diff. belief/opinion! I just wont waist my time with someone the is not open minded and ignores facts. Thats why i chose to stay out of most debates here My wife hates it (she normally walks away) when i get into political conversation with other people in public cause I have very strong views and wont hold them back regarless of who im talking with. I had the same happen to my Sabre 2(just not as bad). Outside A lines to short. My rigger showed me how to notice (mine is 150 so may be diff?) that they were to short. When packing, canopy over sholder, that shorter A line whould pull fabric through the slider groment. Nothing opens like a Deere! You ignorant fool! Checks are for workers!

Keep an Eye Out for this Pilot-Chute-in-Tow Malfunction
JohnDeere replied to Communications's topic in Safety and Training
First thanks to USPA for bringing this up! There is a good chance of that! I mostly FF and am very good about watching my bridle. Seems maybe a little to good. My V3 has the velcro and i use it but i tuck mine very tight at the bottem. Also since my velcro is not as new as it used to be I have been known to tuck the top under the right flap more past the velcro. I know better know and will change that up. Help!! Cant pick a dz for AFF in TEXAS
JohnDeere replied to mcrd29's topic in Events & Places to Jump
I have to agree with the review's from what I have heard! SD Temple is a very nice place. Great DZO and staff. They are also about to get a turbin 206 and i think next mount they are getting an Otter. They are getting the otter this year just not sure of the date. I jump at SD Dallas (great DZ also) but way to far for you! We did have one guy that drove up here every weekend for training cause he didnt like SDSM. But i think SDT would be a great fit for any new student or up jumper
