I have lost almost 65 lbs over the last year... My wife told me I had to stop, as I am getting too skinny. For the most part, I feel MUCH better. (of course I don't look any better though ) Once you make a lifestyle change in your eating habits, it really isn't that difficult. It just takes discipline... I lived in Schaumburg and West Aurora. I mainly jumped in Hinckley while I was there, especially since my house in West Aurora was only 15 miles away. Although, I have some really good memories while at the cessna boogies I went to in Minier. I am glad I took Sunshine's advice and came down for those.
