1. Well, I've officially decided to give the insurance gig another couple months (pretty much until I get fired for lack of production). Don't get me wrong, I love my job for the most part; I get to meet new people all the time and be involved in their lives in a meaningful way. But it seems to be a love/hate relationship, as there are things I hate, and HATE with a passion! (mainly the cold calling and crunching the numbers at the end of every month.) That said, not that I didn't like school, but I was never too good at it. Finishing my degree in criminal justice does sound intriguing though. The 1 good thing is I have an associates of arts degree (not much, I know) and hopefully some of my credits will transfer over. I have an appointment with someone at ITT Tech this Saturday t get some general information. In 1 sense I'm excited, but in another I'm not comfortable with having to be in debt or becoming a student again at 26 27. 6. Well, you called Turtle a lazy fucktard and then you told someone else to go fuck himself and die a death from holding a blow dryer in a bathtub...not exactly choir boy statements. 9. That's what I meant. None of that will be going on during the day or while jumping; that would just be stupid and dangerous. I didn't mean anything hardcore wither. Even after jumping there will be very little drinking....they have to compete multiple days in a row. Each group will consume AFTER they have finished all the rounds for the division, which can take 2 days, 3 if weather factors in. This is not a boogie, nor a *gathering* Ok, OK, so I'm a bit misunderstood My apologies. I was told by one of our jumpers that I should come and check it out, that's what gave me the boogie perspective. And before anyone gets the wrong idea....I really don't drink much..... 11. I really don't think I should be the 1 making this post, after all, I only have 2 tandems and don't think that qualifies to call oneself a skydiver....but I'm getting an A next season and LOVE this sport....that's gotta count for something... Anyway, who is gonna' be at the Nationals over at SDC? I'm curious. Something about a bunch of skydivers getting together for food, drink jump and socialization sounds like SO much fun
12. Wow, and I thought I drank some funky stuff!.... I'm sort of intrigued to try this now, if it were properly prepared; yet not sure. For a minute I thought it was, what we call in Poland beember, which is homemade vodka; 90% Proof. Its great though-honest to God, there is no hangover whatsoever no matter how much you drink. The weirdest experience I've had with alcohol thus far was drinking with my uncle and his friend. The two of them were sitting at the table, drink what appeared ever-day joe shmoe vodka, so I joined them for 1 shot. My uncle then asks are you sure you want this?...sure He proceeded to poor some on a spoon, lit it with a lighter, and as I watched the small flame burn he asks again. I took 1 shot, and 1 shot only, but wow...I wasn't buzzed or anything, but I swear...a part of my head, on the back felt numb for a while. in retrospect, I'm almost positive it was a 100% proof spiritus. Now here's what I recommend Take a shot glass, fill it (in this order) with a little cherry juice, than vodka and top it off with 1, MAYBE 2 (no more!) drops of Tabasco sauce The effect is great; first you taste the spice, then the vodka, and the cherry juice cools it all down...it's called a Wild Dog where I come from Don't knock it till you try it! But I do need to find a way to treat my sneezing, irritation and itchy nose. Ya'll got any ideas or suggestions? Attached is a pic of the little rascal

15. A military jumper is ordered by his superior's to deliver a message; the jumper is told "you are to perform a parachute jump, and when you land you'll find a bike under such and such a tree by the trail" He jumps, pulls his PC; nothing happens...."damn it!" Pulls his reserve handle...nothing happens....."aaaw shit, now if that bike isn't there I'm really fucked!" 16. Wow man, that was a BIIIIIIIIGGGG storm. I'm in Chicago, and it was [RED]BAD[/RED] here; trees (some 2 stories tall) and branches down all over side streets.. I was watching the weather radar map and it looked to be all over. Glad you're OK! 19. Billy, I dub you "the DZ.com journalist".... Ever since I've been coming here, any and mostly all of the whacked-out news stories come from you. Dialogue/commentary between Divot, Twardo & myself - "from your first Oshkosh when the three of us were riding to or from one of
20. If you're ever up in Chicago, give em' a try. They're both 6.6 and 7.0% alcohol, but don't taste heavy at all. Another worth trying is Warka Strong-6.5%, but has a sweetness to it. 22. I hear great things about the Farm and LP as well as other dropzones. Once I'm licensed and have enough expierence under my belt it would be cool to take a DZ roadtrip (one of the many perks) of the sport, from what I can tell........shwEEEEEEEEEET

24. Damn it!...I can't eat sweets .....or, I should say I shouldn't I'm at much higher risk for cancer because of my dad...and well, sugar doesn't help. Of course, all this doesn't mean that I can stop eating sweets-I can't; I'm flat-out addicted The fact that I have a ridiculously fast metabolism doesn't help either Dialogue/commentary between Divot, Twardo & myself - "from your first Oshkosh when the three of us were riding to or from one of
