that $13 an hour is after 17 years of service. when I worked there, in foods, there was some talk about strike, even though we had a no strike clause, so they had management of foods, and other departments come in and learn how to work the registers/cook the food. Consider this, when you say $13/hour is too much for custodial. 17 years ago, he was making plenty of money to survive. In recent years, disney has become only about making money, and not taking care of the people who work there, the people who make the magic happen. Sahara hotel in vegas. first room, dripping tub, rusted faucets filthy carpets broken furniture.. second room, broken shower, tub full and won't drain, i think another problem as well. 3rd room they put us in a celebrity suite, .. at least it was cleaner, but still disgusting. If feeling threatened, and being surrounded by possible gang members, what is going to get the police there quicker; a phonecall where you are placed on hold, and have to explain to the operator what the problem is, or getting the attention of the police by means of gunfire pinpoint thing? I think his firing the gun into the grass would get the police there quicker than a phonecall, as well as deter the gang because they know the police will be there soon as well. While true, it's also something that ought to be perfectly obvious to anyone approaching it. The bottles will not look "normal" and will be capped. The same type of "bomb" can be made any one of a number of ways including just shoving some dry ice into a bottle and capping it. They're mostly noise makers. mostly noise makers, but can be very dangerous. I knew a guy, who decided to play with dry ice to make one, it went off in his hand, and the shards of plastic, hardened like glass, dug deep into his arm, lucky for him, it missed his artery .
