I teach my students pack main canopy using PRO-PACK method I dont care if its ZeroP or F111 or hybrid, packing method is all time the same I just fight for understanding this method (student) In case of problems with packing I usually say: "its only process, don´t stress, don´t care if nothing works... everything will be OK soon, just practice, pack - open, pack - open"

each jump before wearing gear and multiple times during climbing I check my handles/main/cutaway/reserve :)

my friend, Sometimes your only mistake could be a decision to next jump, couse of bad weather, turbulancies, strong wind, bad feeling... My injury in 2007 was absolutelly the same scenario as yours, the same leg 3 foot bones broken... I've learned how to land past 200 jumps, dont be in stress, panik or angry, there are only two groups of skydivers: injured or not injured, you're in group one now, so learn what was bad to dont do it again, visit canopy flying course, dont be in every jumps per day, ask more experienced skydivers if weather is good. Few next weeks/months/years you could be afraid to skydive on windy day, trust me it ends sometimes I hope that my bad english is understandable

hello, I´d like to know official rules for swooping competitions and disciplines... do somebody know where to find them? rules for distance (tracking marks, distances between each mark/flags etc.), accuracy and freestyle if possible, thanx a lot.

never pack main, trust your rigger... canopy always open, sometimes on the ground while checking why cuttaway happened. I packed a lot of canopies, from 120 to 370 sigma, F111, ZP, normal square, elliptical, lines under tension all time, risers together, slider placed between lines correctly, clear stabilizers, all lines in middle of pj, incl. steer. lines, symetrical D-bag placement, no problem will occure

While you're moving up and down, nothing important will happen, if you're moving from left to right then you'll find it immediatelly :) You can move type 7 from one side of ring as much as possible to another, then y'll discover something :(

too many words, sry for this long talking I'm in sport 8 yrs, DM type I, insuline dependent, 260 jumps, freefall sometimes daily 4-5 times 1200-4000 meters, live in Europe. I never had problem with DM and skydiving. Doctors said "You must stop skydiving 'cos DM I", I asked "WHY?". Because "you can be in unconsciousness and without control, you can die", or more stupid words about this... I never in my live lost consciousness, why now? I have food, I have unit to control sugar in my blood, I have insuline, I have informations... I have training, I'm ready for skydive better then my partners in aircraft, check myself more and better then they... I never jumped and will never jump without AAD ON ...What am I.... IDIOT? NO, I'm not. I'm considering in best sport in whole world.... Every authorities who required medical something to this sport are F...... 'cos by my opinion, who jumps ALONE from aircraft with AAD, selfcontrol and brain have no problem with his medical pieces of ... I know about many cases when heathfully jumper died AND???? I will die too, what is a problem??? p.s.: I'm not naturally borned U.S. or english speaking citizen so be patient pls... THANX
