Very interesting and thorough video. I’m not surprised that Mars orbit rendezvous is the most efficient way to do it, just as lunar orbit rendezvous was for Apollo missions back in the day. I think more specifically that their approach now is to eliminate checks on both state and federal branches of government that they control. It’s straight out of the dictator’s handbook if there ever was one. First take control of the courts, get them to rule in favor of your party, then take control of the voting. What I find most alarming is that this ruling could potentially allow the overturning of voter referendum approved systems that are already in place in some states. If that happens you can kiss any hope of ranked choice voting goodbye.

They didn’t have success so much as DeSantis did. The republican majority in the house wouldn’t exist without redistricting. Three seats were gained through DeSantis’ map in Florida alone. With the advantage he helped hand to them republicans should have picked up many more seats. Perhaps if they’d had a plan to move the nation forward in any way other than toward exacting revenge against President Biden and the democrats they might have.
