Well I dont got a lot of sympathy. As a brit (and BPA member) Ive visited several DZs in the UK and been treated like a piece of sh1t at most of them (Hib being an exception). I took 6 tandems with a local BBC news crew and a local newspaper to C*******s once. We were forced to pay for the privelidge of gifting them all of this free TV publicity 6 months in advance. We were spoken to and treated so apallingly that the TV crew left and refused to cover it, we all had a miserable experience and 6 more potential jumpers gone for good. ________________________________________ 1.618 !

I ordered a Matter suit over the internet. I was measured by a professional seamstress 3 times to ensure accuracy who followed the directions on the site to the letter.I also specified twice in big bold capital letters some specific requests regarding logos and design. It arrived on time. It was a toally shockingly bad fit, too long everywhere and way way too baggy. They totally ignored my requests in bold capitals. When I contacted them to request they put it right they told me to sod off. I can see why a certain freefly team based at the same spanish DZ as the Matter HQ has moved to sonic. "Matter airwear - You are the customer, you dont Matter" You might as well shove your money up your arse! ________________________________________ 1.618 !

Sounds like you had a great experience with them. Mine was a shocker from start to finish. The material they use is certainly good enough and they delivered in the time they quoted but they ignored completely specific requests on the design, it was such a poor fit that I had to have it re-built by a seamstress and when I tried to get back to them to complain they just laughed at me and told me to sod off. I wouldnt touch them unless it was for free!! ________________________________________ 1.618 !

Strange you never heard of that. At RAF Brize Norton they spend a lot of time teaching you not to allow whip lash wack you head back either by "chin on your chest" or "hold your head with neck muscles shrug" techniques. Dude, when I went to do AFF with FFU it was a debacle from start to finish. Some Cowmans fault, some not. I ended up at empuria starting again and have never looked back. My dime's worth says dont go near them. ________________________________________ 1.618 !
