Exactly! You never know when the last time it is going to be when you see someone again. But what if you did experience the last time with someone? Now what? I think your thoughts change a little bit. I personally cant wait to see them again on the other side. Maybe that is why I think life is too long. I cant wait to see my husband again. I guess it beggs the question, do we think life is too long after you lose someone so short in life? Kind of a catch 22. even my grandfather who in his later years was unable to take care of himself (due to alzheimer's desease) was very well cared for and very well loved by a large quantity of people... even when he couldn't take care of himself... His children were more then happy to spend a lot of time taking care of his needs and making sure he felt lots of love!!! Well my biggest question is, does he like having his family take care of him? When at one point he took care of them. I guess it would be very humiliating to have to go through that. I know my nephew would take care of me if need be. Just curious. I have lived a decent life (well, sort of) and I feel I have experienced alot, but I always see people post "life is too short." I don't think that life is too short. I think life is too long. I guess I just don't want to grow so old that I can't wipe my own ass. I just don't believe in the whole life is too short thing. People fight so hard to try and live a couple extra years. Why? I actually admire people who have lived a short life. They dont have to worry about breakng their hip or having a nurse take care of them. I don't want that. Thoughts? This may get moved to SC.
