Say a person wanted to experience an earthquake. Where would be a good place to live? I went to Vegas last year. Mesquite is the place to go. I also went to Vegas Extreme in Jean. It was a tandem-oriented place but they had no problem taking my money. Sin City is in the same building as Vegas Extreme but I didn't have a chance to jump there, too. I think they had a 206. Hiya- I am in the process of transcribing a tape made by a blind jumper from the 70's. In the tape he mentioned that he was trained on a canopy that he called what sounded like "lo po one six". How would I write this? Lo-Po 1-6? Secondly, what is this canopy? Obviously, it isn't a 16 foot canopy. What does the 1 6 refer to? Thanks! The Perris DC9 had flight attendants. They served a snack on the ride to altitude. The seat belt spiel included something to the effect of, "... and if you have any problems fastening your belt please see an attendant because you are too freakin' stupid to jump out of an airplane!" Dunno if this is related or not but ..... I had similar symptoms on a rental Dodge Caliber in Vegas. Long story short, it ended up being fuses in the fuse panel underneath the hood. I was told by the agent that sometimes they just "pop out" enough in the heat. All I had to do was pull each fuse and/or breaker in the panel and put it back in. That worked.
