The only advice I can give is this, dont get frustrated!! Frustration only slows you're progress!! Other then that, ask any FFlyer around you're DZ for tips and advice. I have found that there are always a couple that are more then willing to lend a hand

Exactly! Don't worry about what your average rate is - worry about what your range is. If you can get as slow as 130 and as fast as 160, you can keep up with pretty much anyone. Spend several jumps getting your legs wide and your arms way out, and see what your slowest speed is. Then get your legs together and see how much you can bring your arms in for several jumps to see what your fastest rate is. Then when someone asks you what your sit speed is, you can say anywhere from this speed to that speed. If you have any overlap, you know you can fly together. ahhhh, I C.. That will be my next set of jumps, seeing my slowest/fastest speeds in a sit. Thanks to all who provided info!

Great video, it kept me entertained the whole time. I like the break in the video where it stays on the dog for a few seconds. That was funny stuff! EDIT: Also, the Yoddle (sp) music was frekin hilarious!! Went great with those clips. Great choice in music...

Speeding up is easy for me but I need work on learning more ways to slow down, sounds like I need some coaching

I seem to sit slow, my protrack reads an average of 156mph on almost every sit jump. Is that a normal speed for sit? I know how to speed up but with some of the jumps I do I end up in a stand the entire jump. I wear FF pants with a long sleeve shirt, the pants are not extremely baggy but they are not super tight either. So whats the word doodz...

The repack is little less then 2 months old. The loop was replaced on the last repack as far as I know. The mark on the flap looked to be the culpret, my first reserve pack didn't do this to the loop though.

Last Saturday I was checking my gear and noticed that my closing loop was damaged. I grounded myself until a rigger had a chance to fix it. On the reserve flap there was a little mark that is just about where the loop would be when its closed. The rigger there and a lot of other people said they have never seen that happen. I take great care with my rig and store it properly so I don't have a clue as to why it would happen. I don't have my rig with me right now so I am not able to take a picture of the mark on the reserve flap. Has anyone seen this before? Does failing AFF level4 twice count? That was one HELL of an expensive set of skydives... My whole set of levels went GREAT except for those 2 jumps, and they were in the same day too. You better believe that next weekend I beat the crap out of level 4

Seeing those pics makes me sick I spent 2 hours in there and was NOWHERE near that. I would love to have the skill to compete in the Tunnel event though, one day I guess... One day...

HEH, I have seen some U-Haul trucks with ppl flying canopy's on them too. Wonder why they choose that design (not that it bothers me though)
