I have now been tobacco free for 8 weeks now. I quit dippin and I do miss it at times but I dont miss my fiance bitchin at me about it. I chewed since I was 15 so for 12 years and it took a lot of will power but I think I got it licked or getting close. I still get the craving now and then. They removed a piece from the roof of my mouth and put it on my lower gum. Sick I know but I finaly quit.
