  1. You are all obviously racists! . . =(_8^(1)
  2. Ooooo the (republican-only) spelling nazi strikes again. Here's a hint -- nobody here is getting paid for polished copy, so get over it. . . =(_8^(1)
  3. What does that mean? I'm not familiar wiith the meaning of "curbing" people. I'm "one of them" and I'll facillitate the chance you're asking for any way I can. . . =(_8^(1)
  4. Bill, just curious, did you get your style of quoting replies from back in the BBS days? . . =(_8^(1)

  7. Keep the sticker -- just because Bush left the WH doesn't mean he isn't still a dope. . . =(_8^(1)
  8. Best wishes for O, but your statement remains to be seen. . . =(_8^(1)
  9. ooooooh...Nice free verse! You should bring that post to a poetry reading. Agree, has a nice Allen Ginsberg touch to it. . . =(_8^(1)
  10. Your definition is nothing more than the lowest common denominator, but there's a lot of facets on that diamond. How about those who don't rule out things "supernatural", but also have no particular religion or other contrived set of beliefs. Should they wane out too, so we can all become unencumbered "meat that thinks"? . . =(_8^(1)
  11. A spiritual person doesn't necessarily require any "supernatural explanation" -- It's a quest, not a conclusion, and it is in Man's deepest desires to ask the big questions. How is it possible to think that it will wane and not grow? . . =(_8^(1)
  12. Wow! That statement carries the bouquet of adventure and romance on the high seas! I wonder what he did to make people hate an entire religion? I don't know -- give it up Stan, what's the 411? . . =(_8^(1)

  14. I hope you haven't been counting on a monitor to solve screen resolution problems since it's your video card that matters, not your monitor. Try again. No need to try again. Though you're not incorrect about video cards and resolutions, it's the shape of the monitor that determines how annoying the side bar is. . . =(_8^(1)
  15. I say force them to buy a new monitor. What is this, 1995?
  16. I see you have yet to meet Hairy Juan. . . =(_8^(1)
  17. This one's even newer. . . =(_8^(1)
  18. I manufacture a very fine product, and in demand too: Network Architecture Design.
  19. Bet you'll agree that GWB tried PRETTY fuckin' hard though. . . =(_8^(1)

  21. No -- though I can see how you derived that considering the course of the conversation. I was merely making a one-liner on how UN-funny I thought the show was regardless of any relation to anything. Your point might have been well debated with my dear old departed Dad, however, who RAILED against the show back then. Making light of war really pissed him off, having had much first hand war experience himself. He made the same argument against MASH, and boycotted that one too. Irrelevant side note: I was just a kid in San Diego in 1970 when MASH (the movie) was released. Opening day at a local theater brought an anti-war protest in the form of a sit-in inside the theater, which later turned very violent. In short, the cops physically drove the ~100 protesters out of the place, so they gathered outside and eventually began throwing objects through the glass front doors, injuring a couple of theater workers. The cops then came outside and began busting heads and taking prisoners. Thankfully, mom arrived to pick us up around that time. . . =(_8^(1)
