  1. Now, we're going to see if Chicago has enough killer in them to finish off the Flyers at home in Philly. They have to pick up where they left off...and take it to another level if they want to finish them off. Goaltending not a highlite?Maybe not like in some earlier series but Niemi robbed Richards twice last night...once earlier in the game that I saw on the highlights and once late in the third. The once in the third was real important as it would have reduced the difference to one. It was shortly after that Sharp scored to return the difference to 3. And even then, the Flyers came back with a goal thanks to Keith's broken stick. The Hawks can't finish the Flyers off soon enough for me...they are like zombies, always coming back from the dead -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  2. I got home from the lake with 5 minutes left...still saw three goals though. Sounds to me like Byfuglien listening to you! The announcers were commenting on his hits.....big guy had 4 points....just the kind of performance needed from him. Chuck - no fishing today. I have a sailboat and today would have been great but we have too much work to do to get things ready for summer....bought a fixer-upper so was busy all day working. Sounds like it was a wild game. I'm glad of the outcome but it would have been nice to see more of it. Go Hawks!!!! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  3. If the Hawks lose tonight I think they are done. I was glad to see they came back in the third to score a couple in Game 4 but Philly seems to have the edge right now. I'm heading out to the cabin for a couple of days so will miss Game 5. Come on Hawks! Go Hawks Go! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  4. 40 years old and in his 22nd season, Ken Griffey Jr. retired today. One of the best all-time players who did it without roids and without controversy. All I can say is I consider myself lucky to have watched him on tv as often as I did. The prettiest swing ever and an awesome fielder. Thanks Junior!! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  5. One of the CBC commentators said some things about Toews that make me wonder if he is hurt....not moving his legs, hunching over a lot. ANy of you notice anything to make you think he is hurt? -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  6. I feel your pain. I am going to have to cheer for the Flyers, and I can't believe that just came outta my pie hole.pirate] I despise Pronger and the Flyers, being a Pens fan and all. But damn, I just wanna see who Hossa begs to be traded to next year. Please make him cry Flyers. And I really don't want to see Kandy Kane skate with a Cup either. We already figured out who Hossa wants to go to.... it's the 1976 Canadiens. Trade demand already in his agent's hands! Unfortunately guys, I'd rather scrape my head with a cheese grater than watch the Flyers hoist the Cup...Go Hawks!! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  7. O h good grief! I sure crossed that up didn't I? Point remains the same, and that is Philly is not in a good position. These stats are higher than I thought. I didn't realize how important getting the split is to the visiting team. You're going to have to avert your eyes Grimmie...Hossa's chances of hoisting the Cup are pretty good. -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  8. I just read that home teams that win the first two games in the finals are 31-2. Hawks lost to Montreal in 1971 and the pens lost to Detroit last year. So, Philly doesn't have history on their side but that didn't stop them when they were down 3-0 a few weeks ago. That was a pretty good game. Niemi made several good saves. I thought Hossa played well. He was working hard and showing a lot of desire. 10. Just heard that Dennis Hopper has passed away from prostate cancer. What a great actor and artist. RIP. -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey

If you want the rotated files somewhere else ( I guess I don't understand exactly why you need the original file to be rotated), after rotating them in iPhoto, select all of them in iPhoto and go to File, Export and export them into a folder on your desktop or somewhere. These files should be rotated. If the dates are important....I'll need to do some checking to see how to retain the original dates as I can't remember off the top of my head. -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey

If you view them in iPhoto, just select them all by clicking the first photo, holding down the shift key and clicking on the last one. Then hold down the Command key (the one with the funny symbol right beside the space bar) and press the R key a couple of times. I haven't used any other method...that's all I got! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  14. Just a suggestion...if it is just some work documents that you are concerned about, can you do a secure delete/wipe of them and just leave the OS alone? -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  15. First of all, [notice correct grammar, not First off] It's a Philly Cheese Steak. And they are delicious, btw. Flyers will have the Blackhawks for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and still have room for their cheese steak. Let's just say I'm hoping Bobby Hull gets to make this statement come true: "Oh my God," Hull said. "If they ever invited me to drink out of that Cup, I'd jump through the rim of my own butt and hang myself just to get another drink out of it." 16. I'm very glad I only watched the recap and final episode. -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  17. I'd like to thank the Habs for making this one of the most interesting and exciting Cup playoffs I remember. Great team effort, great goaltending and excellent coaching...just wasn't enough for a Flyers team that is a LOT better than their regular season standing. Merci beaucoup! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  18. Ya, just for the sake of making the Leafs the team with the longest futility record in the league. Even more reason to cheer for the Hawks! Also, I read an article today online about Bobby Hull and how he was telling these young Hawks to enjoy every moment of their Cup run because you never know if you're going to have another shot. I love his last line! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey

  20. Shite...I never thought of the game being on in the afternoon. Turned it on just in time to see Philly get an empty netter and turned it of again. Well Habs fans....we got 'em right where we want em -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  21. Could happen. Philly did it. Chuck How many of us thought Philly would come back against Boston? You need 4 wins to win an NHL playoff series. Chicago isn't there yet. However the fat lady has booked her seat to be at game #4 and she plans on attending every game left in the Hawks/Sharks series. Glad I am not a Sharks fan. My team is only down 2-1 in their series, but they too could find themselves in big trouble soon. Yep. Tonight is crucial for the Habs. Go Habs Go! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  22. Could happen. Philly did it. Chuck I don't think lightning is going to strike twice this year. The Sharks played hard tonight. That was a fast & furious game. The last two goals by the Hawks were things of beauty...Bolland's breakaway and Bolland's pass to Byfuglien for the game winner. -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  23. Now it looks like we're going to have a series! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  24. I dunno about that Chuck. The Flyers are a much tougher matchup than the Bruins imo. They are a better team than their regular season showed and had to come a long way back to make the playoffs. And, they have all the confidence in the world right now. I hope this was Montreal's bad game and I don't have a problem with Halak getting some rest...lord knows he needs a break from the intensity. That being said, there's nothing I'd like more than the Habs taking them out but I think they are a tougher team for them to beat than either Pittsburgh or Washington. Well, I was trying to think positive. Right now, it ain't lookin' good. Chuck Right now I think the Habs have a better chance of coming back than the Sharks. I think the Sharks are done after losing the first two at home. At least Montreal goes home for Game 3 and the crowd in Montreal will be going wild. I think the Habs have lots of fight left in them but I sure don't have that feeling about San Jose. -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
  25. Good grief...just got home to find out the Habs appear to have run into a hot goalie themselves Two shutouts for Leighton. They've gotta win Game 3 or they are done! -- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
