  1. This is the second or third time you've said you were confused. I'm sorry about that, but everything we know is in the (again) attached document. That's the extremely condensed public version. You can get your answers from that. This investigation has moved beyond me answering questions individually about that document because I have other considerations now. I provided it as a courtesy only. It's where we stand. If you want to check out the details, that's up to you and I encourage you to do it. But not through me. Go to the sources named in the document. Do your OWN research. That doc has been on my Facebook page for a while now. I have to be frank here. Some of you I no longer trust. And the more some of you try to trash me at the alternate site, the more the media begins to think we might be right. Some of you have either received a wake-up call, or realized that more people view Dropzone than you believe. It's the first stop for anyone considering doing anything Cooper-related for media, for example. Georger, aka Jerry Warner, is telling you at the alternate site that I used to call him up and blast YouTube videos in his ear. Do you believe that? Do you think I am the sort of person who would do such a thing? If so, then you should hang out with the other hate-mongers and liars. He said I did that on the same videos I have occasionally posted links to here. And that claim is a load of horseshit. I'm going to tell you something, ParrotVol. People in Cooperland might not like hearing what I have to say, but I don't lie to them either. Or to the public. Or to the media. In the end, you have to decide who is giving you the straight scoop, and who is just simply being hateful. Cooperland is a reletively small group. The public and the media are much larger. And they do count, because in the failure of the FBI to solve the case, they can sometimes assist. And both those entities take a blind eye to hate, or to bullshit in something like this. Cooper Royalty is both self-delusional and a myth. It is cooperative back-slapping at Ariel, and a couple of minor websites. It is not the truth. Those folks have an agenda that goes beyond actual work, or solving the case. One minute they are making reasonable discussion. The next they are going after others. But the problem is: Both the media and the public see through that stuff for what it is. EASILY. Robert, I do not reside in this fictional place you like to refer to as Cooperland, nor do I believe in such a thing as Cooper royalty. I think those are both things you use as tools to avoid answering not so tough questions. You say that Margie spilled the beans. But in the past, you have said that she admitted that Bernie "could have been involved". I'm just asking for some clarification. Secondly, if no one checked to see if Kenny was at home, then no one can say he went missing. If Kenny said he was with Bernie, perhaps he was lying about that. You have already established that you think Kenny was a liar as well as Bernie. So how do we really know these two were together? Who saw them? While we are on a roll here, who originally stated that Kenny paid cash for his house? I've been trying to get to the bottom of that lie for a while. Thanks "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  2. So Robert, I'm confused about something else. I read the word about Margie "spilling the beans" and I have to ask what this means. Did she say that Bernie was absolutely involved in the hijacking, or did she say he could have been involved? Big difference. Also, since Kenny was supposedly missing that weekend, did anyone check his house to see if maybe he was just hanging out at home? And about Kenny and Bernie being together, was that hearsay or did someone actually see them together that particular weekend? Thanks "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  3. So you're saying you wouldn't do that, but then you say you did do that? I'm confused. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  4. The question, and I think it's a fair one, is why did she drive to Bonney Lake to correct her answer and why did she feel the topic of Kennys brand of smokes was so important as to justify the drive? This just doesn't pass the smell test and I have a hard time calling it "proof". "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  5. And it did make a good story. But maybe it wasn't only a story. Perhaps Lyle Christiansen just realized a possible truth, and then inquired about it. You have this and that. But here's the reality: 1) We can prove Kenny Christiansen and Bernie Geestman disappeared on the week of the hijacking. 2) There is good evidence suggesting that there were financial transactions involving both these men within months of the crime that Kenny could not afford, including a five thousand dollar cash loan to Bernie's sister that enabled her to move from Bernie's house along with her four children. And that Geestman lied in his statements about that loan. 3) We have a solid witness (a member of Geestman's family) who will testify to the Seattle FBI that she saw Christiansen constructing the phony bomb used in the hijacking. 4) We can prove Kenny Christiansen bought his house in Bonney Lake shortly after the hijacking from the same couple where Bernie Geestman served as Best Man at their wedding. 5) We can prove that Margaret Geestman, ex-wife of alleged accomplice Bernie Geestman, sold her ranch up in Twisp, WA for nearly a half-million dollars in cash and vanished after I did seven interviews with her...where she points to Bernie as the accomplice in the hijacking. She got the money from Washington State's Fish and Game Department, and instructed her lawyer and the bank officer who handled the sale to keep quiet. 6) We can prove that Bernie Geestman's own sister Dawn Androsko identified the tie tac seen in the FBI's photo as one she had seen Christiansen wear prior to the hijacking. And that she and some of her friends suspected clear back in 1972 that Christiansen was the hijacker but dismissed it later because they considered him a nice guy. 7) We can prove with witness Helen Jones of Sumner, WA that Christiansen smoked Raleigh cigarettes. 8) We can prove that when Bernie Geestman appeared on the History Channel show Brad Meltzer's Decoded that he lied on two key issues, and then threw Kenny under the bus, saying he could be the hijacker because he looked just like him. Blah, blah, blah. I could go on but it is late here and I am supposed to be out of here and to the Olympics in the morning. These things are only a small bit of what we will be presenting to the Seattle FBI.
  6. Sometimes people lie just to lie. No motivation needed. I used to date a girl once upon a time who was a smoker. I didn't mind her smoking, but she told me she was going to quit. She did this just so she could lie about not doing it. She always lied about insignificant things. I never understood why. She just loved to lie, it made her happy. 7. Robert, you said this: Unlike some of you, he thought my point about finding at least three bundles of the Tena Bar cash in the same exact spot MILES from the flight path was significant. He also told me no one had thought of this as being important when they investigated the money find. But he did...once I pointed out that these bundles would have had to be roped together or tied with little strings so they wouldn't get separated for this to happen. Surprised? In 2007, on the first DB Cooper forum, Larry Carr said the following: "There were multiple bundles recovered under 3 to 6 inches of sand, just at the waters edge (according to the Ingrams) no bricks of money. I found reference to four bundles, of which the rubber bands were still around them, there were 290 20's. I can't imagine the bundles broke from the bag and entered the river at some other location and then multiple bundles land at the same beach several miles down stream. Once in the flow of the river there would be nothing to keep the bundles together to allow several of them to land at the same beach. " So, this proves that someone with the FBI was aware that those stacks of money could not have arrived at Tena Bar independent of each other. It was not you that originally came to that conclusion. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  8. Robert, the point you make about the bundles was discussed on this very forum by Larry Carr long before you ever spoke to Bob Fuhrman. So, he may not have ever thought of that being important, but others obviously did. The proof is in this very thread. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  9. Sorry Mr. Bruce, I wasn't ignoring your poll, but my new work schedule has left me with less time to hang out here at the DZ. Keep in mind that my comment about the FBI not being dumb was a present tense comment about how they would respond to any new circumstantial evidence being presented on known "suspects". I have had interactions with the FBI in the past and anticipate more in the future. I can assure you they are not dummies. However, in 1971, I was 5 years old and probably couldn't even spell FBI. So, I can't really attest to their intellect at that time. I would however go with unlucky and somewhat sloppy, a combo of option 1 & 6. I do agree with Blevins that some crimes are unsolvable, but I don't think the Cooper case falls into that category. At least it didn't at the time, it may very well be unsolvable at this late hour. 10. Well, you know how it is. Everyone at this office got tired of his constant copy/paste rants. And yes, we can be contacted contrary to what HE says. Like HERE...or maybe HERE. Or possibly HERE. The main reason our office phone isn't listed at the website is because if it were, we would be bombarded with calls from everyone who has a manuscript or wants to be published. So we make people use the email links. And although the contact links are there, we are currently closed to submissions. EDIT: Can you BELIEVE it? Seattle Seahawks pull off the biggest comeback in NFC Championship Game history (no one has EVER come back from a 16-0 deficit to win) and get a second straight trip to the Super Bowl. You gotta love it. I shouted out the window of my office, where I was listening to the game on radio via announcers Warren Moon and Steve Raible: I hear fireworks going off outside. Hope they don't start shooting the guns, anyway... I hate the Patriots, so I was sort of pulling for Green Bay because I like their chances against the Pats more than I do Seattles. I have much more faith in Rodgers than I do Russell Wilson. If they face the Pats, they better start strong. They won't come back like that against Brady & Co. 11. He wasn't in the act of making a catch. The catch was made. Three steps later he goes down. I would like clarification from the NFL on how many steps a player needs to make before they have to maintain possession going to the ground. I've heard no one address the fact that he took 3 steps with possession. By the way, they blew the Randall Cobb review as well. That ball clearly hit the ground. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  12. I'd say you know the feeling. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  13. They did, and I agree with the NFL on that one. But that don't change the fact that they blew this one. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  14. Well, so much for Seattle next week. I know it's off topic, but I don't know that I've ever seen such a ridiculous ruling in a game before. I promise that the NFL will say this week, that the Dez Bryant call was wrong. Ridiculous. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  15. Blevins, why does the email that you have trump the statement made by Robbie Burroghs? Two statements that seem to be in conflict, both could be wrong, but both can't be right. Why is your email the truth? As far as the NFL goes, I worry much more about the Cowboys going into Green Bay than I do about Seattle. They've already rolled in Seattle once this year and whipped ass. I really believe if they can beat the Packers, they are going to the Super Bowl. I've been wrong a lot lately though. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  16. The DNA is good when you have a suspect to compare it too, yes. But the titanium could help greatly in narrowing the suspects and producing a suspect. My opinion is that it is the most important clue in the case, and if discovered years earlier, could have led to solving the case. Really, the missing cigarette butts are probably the most important clue, but since they're nowhere to be found, I won't count them. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  17. Now I am not a DNA expert, so I don't know exactly what he meant by that. But that's the answer I got. If the tie is Coopers, then the titanium is a clue. That it could have came from a second hand store is pure guesswork. I'd put the chances of that as very low. Of course, Kenny didn't work in an environment that would result in titanium being found in his tie, so I can see why you don't think it's very important. It doesn't fit your suspect. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  18. Is this the same person of interest you spoke of a few months back? "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  19. BLEVINS: "Look, everyone is free to post and view any site they wish on Cooper. I only objected to Parrot claiming your site is where everyone with an interest in the Cooper case visits, or hangs out." Again, not what I said. I said, "actual Cooper discussion". "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  20. You sure about that Mr. Honest? Why do you always dodge around telling people what you did to get perma-banned from my site? youy know what they say about people perma-banned don't ya? Post made August 1, 2010 Robert Blevins. when did you join? Second, the book is being featured in a television show which will air in January. The show and the company producing it is a SECRET. We had to sign a confidentiality agreement with the production company that holds us liable for up to a half-million dollars in damages if we reveal any details. So, Smith will have to wait until the show airs, because that is when the agreement lapses. That' like you saying Skipp contacted you first.... How about the double story of the money find on Kenny's property? or the FBI taking DNA from Lyle? then you claim Georger said you have a pacemaker? where do all of the lies come from? And let's not forget that there is a book in the top 100 of some obscure category on Amazon that states Kenny paid cash for his house. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  21. Blevins, I said actual Cooper discussion. I didn't say anything about "hits". There is a difference. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  22. Glad you are back. I enjoyed your posts when you were posting before. This is interesting. Have you considered posting on Shutters site? That's where most of the actual Cooper discussion is happening these days. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  23. Mr. Blevins, when have I ever claimed to be a Cooper sleuth? Ever? I never have. I follow the case, am intrigued by the case. But I don't buy into any of the known suspects for one simple reason: the evidence, whatever it may be, suggests otherwise. The Amboy chute is questioned by one person and one person only. The same person who has put forth a suspect based on lies. When a person with some credibility questions the Amboy chute, I may pay attention. So, in a scense, you are correct. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  24. Could do it be that the FBI are satisfied with their conclusions on the chute and really don't feel like they owe anyone any further explanation? Why do you feel they are obligated to explain these things to you? "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
  25. If those are the only opinions you care about then why bother posting here? Why bother checking the other site? You say one thing, your actions say otherwise. "They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider
