Brian Germain

Recommended Posts

Hello! So, while I wait impatiently for the commencement of my AFF, I am doing a bit of reading, and watching of videos. One guy I have been following is Brian Germain, with his Safety First shows on Skydiver Radio. What are your thoughts about him?
Also, are there any other sources of info you recommend? I have been going through some of the articles here, in fact. Very cool, though most of it is waaay over my head.
Why drive myself crazy trying to be normal, when I am already at crazy?

If you're doing quite a bit of reading may I suggest the following books:

"The Parachute and its Pilot - A guide to Ram-air Aviation" by Brian Germain

and

"Above All Else" by Dan Brodsky-Chenfeld

Both are great books; the first one is technical and the second one is motivational.:)

Thanks! I have a bit more reading to carry me through, now! Only 4 weeks left...

I'm uncomfortable with people that refer to themselves in the third person.
Not sure why.
Yet I am.
;)

BIGUN thinks you're being silly.
Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Brian is a totally righteous duuuude.
Read and heed it all... listen to anything you can find and then go read and listen again.

That is all.

Damnit, I hit the underline button instead of the URL button. How embarrassing. I know how to make a clicky, I swear!

Mostly agreed.

Except the 45 degree rule - ignore that.

My reality and yours are quite different.

***Sorry, I don't speak Canadian.
:P

I understand. It takes years of education and ton of free healthcare to learn how to speak it properly :P
