I cannot say whether Barack was born in the US or not, despite all the stuff floating around the internet of a Kenyan birth certificate or his college foreign student ID card with the name Barry Soetoro.

However, I'm amazed this issue hasn't gone away.

As for this being about the Alabama supreme court taking a look... what can I say? It's typical Alabama politics. It's why my older brother moved from AL, to TX, then to CA, and now to HI where he lives on the island of Kaui, about as far away as he can get.

This is the state that has sacked a couple of governors, one republican (Guy Hunt) and one democrat (Don Siegelman) with both spending time in prison over stuff that looks circumstantial.

I'm used to it. I don't care much for it but as long as it doesn't affect me directly, I don't give a fuck.

now i do not know much about state laws and supreme court cases of those states, but wouldn't sheriff joe go with the arizona supreme court? or do they not care where you're from when you go that high in the judicial system? i guess i am asking why he is not using his own state's court system.
