alright, i loaded the jumptrack into my computer..now i cant figure out what to do next.. there arent any directions. i looked in the 'help' option but it doesnt explain what to do. I selected "protrack" and i went to upload.. nothings happening..~!!!!!

is the protrack sitting in the holder? it's an infrared signal that needs to get read for you to get the connection, and I think you have to turn teh protrack on and set it to a unique function under "set" -- I think it says down load or upload. the directions are actually in the protrack manual.

on the back of the adaptor thing that you put the protrack in it has directions..
"snap protrack into cradle"
did that
"CLick connect in jump track program to enable data transfer"
did that.
"Red light comes on when unit is ready for data transfer"
did that. red lights on
"Go to protrack PC window and press set to start"
alright, if their not talking about the actual protrack then im screwed b/c you cant click on any ohter options after you hit connect.. not unless you cancel that option and go back to main menu.

I *think* that you have to go change the mode on the Protrack also... give Alex a call, he and Seth are drinking (probably at the Village Idiot) in the city right about now.... he uses that program all the time.
